Enjoy your stay in Steamboat in this newly remodeled studio! The unit is in one of the best locations in Steamboat, as it's a 3 minute walk to the private Wildhorse Gondola, outdoor hot tubs, and the nicest heated pool in town. This unit at the First Tracks complex is managed by experienced local superhosts, SkyRun.

The space:This 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom condo has everything you need for your Steamboat adventure. The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, pots/pans and utensils! The beautiful barn doors in the living room open up to the Queen bedroom, where you will find fresh linens and plenty of closet space for your belongings. The queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living area allows for extra sleeping capacity for 2. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit. For the winter months, the condo has a bench for boot storage and a ski rack in the entryway to hang your skis and snowboards. For the summer months, the unit is also equipped with an AC unit when the cool mountain air is not enough.

Amenities:While staying at First Tracks condominiums, you have full access to all the amenities at Trailhead Lodge. Amenities include a heated lap pool, three hot tubs with waterfalls, a fitness center, a game room, and a barbecue/outdoor area. One of the best amenities though is the Wildhorse Gondola that links Trailhead Lodge to the Steamboat Ski Area. The Steamboat Tennis and Pickleball Center is also right next door and open year round.

Location:
The First Tracks condominiums are located off of Bangtail Way in the Wildhorse neighborhood of Steamboat. You are a 3 minute walk to all the amenities available to you at the Trailhead lodge, and a 4 minute walk to both the free shuttle bus stop in the Meadows Parking Lot (0.2 miles away) and to the incredible Steamboat Tennis and Pickleball Center. You are a 5 minute drive (2.5 miles) into town and a 4 minute drive (1.2 miles) to the ski resort.

Winter Shuttle: Guests staying that this property will have access to a complimentary "on-call" shuttle for First Tracks that will take you where you want to go in Steamboat Springs (winter only).

Perfect location for a ski focused trip

Amenities were clean and efficient, hot tub was fabulous, communication with the property manager was fantastic. The property is a short walk from the Wildhorse Gondola, which takes you straight to the base, which is perfect. The kitchen was also well stocked with utensils and the necessities (salt and pepper, cooking spray, foil, etc.) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Highly dissappointed! I rented this place because the listing said that there was a air conditioner in the summer months. In fact it DID NOT! Also hair was found apon arrival in the bed, shower and even the fridge. Then to top my vacation off there is construction directly outside of the windows! Might be a good idea to let people know that if they rent this property for vacation that they will not get to sleep past 6:30 am! Of all my years traveling and booking stays this one was the worst

Great location and access to hot tub

Visited Steamboat from Denver for a mini-vacay in May. The location is less than 10 mins away from the main shops/restaurants. A short walk across the street to access a pool and three hot tubs. You're about 15 - 20 mins away from Strawberry Hot Springs. The kitchen was well equipped with items you would need to prepare meals. Communication was clear on how how to access the room, the process for cleanup, etc. It would be a tight squeeze if there were more than two adults. All in all a great spot for just the two of us!

First Tracks 3105 was perfect for my weekend getaway to Steamboat. The condo is super cute and cozy! This condo is nicely updated and the owner had put out a few Christmas decorations, including a small Christmas tree that made it feel just like home. I enjoyed the spacious bathroom and the fact that you could pull the TV away from the wall to watch while laying in bed. This condo is in a great location for accessing the mountain and for getting to HWY 40 and downtown easily.
