This is a wonderful property! It was exactly as described with beautiful views of the well kept landscaping, pool and ocean! The property was very clean, well appointed with very comfortable beds and everything we needed including beach chairs. We would love to stay again.

We had the best stay! The condo had everything we needed from puzzles, to cookware to easy beach access. It’s such a super convenient location to all things Hilton Head. I can’t recommend this condo enough!

Everything went as planned. Since we rented this property from the previous owners several times, we knew this location was everything you could want in an ocean front paradise. It was like coming home. The upgrades since we were here last are fantastic. The owners made the rental experience super easy. The best part was being able to bring our daughter’s little pup with us, as there aren’t many pet friendly ocean front properties. The only downside: having to go home. We look forward to coming back again. Hopefully next year.

Amazing condo with a great view of the beach and pool, pet-friendly with comfortable beds and bathrooms, and a short two minute walk to the ocean. Overall, this was an exhilarating experience and I highly recommend staying at Barrington Arns.

Great new destination

My new wife and her family have been going to HH for some time but I have never been. Loved the island and the home we stayed in. Views were great, access to beach was great. Home was better than described. Loved our stay. Would certainly go again.

Paradise!

Once again,couldn’t have had a better time! Spectacular weather, lovely dolphin sightings, delicious restaurants,visits from kids and grandkids, doggy friends on beach for Charley,and on and on….love our home-away-from-home!!!!

We had a great week at Barrington on the Beach! We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Everything we needed was easy to find and the place was well stocked. The location of the unit was great! We had a great view and it was easy to head downstairs for a walk or bike ride. I hope we can book again next summer!

Perfect Location!

Could not be a better location! The condo was great and the owners were the best we have ever dealt with. We try to come to HH twice a year and will stay here if we can! This is the HH experience we have been searching for!! Thank you!

Great Condo

Nice and clean condo right on the ocean. Owners were very easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t working the week we stayed but the owners made the situation right. Nice views of the ocean from the second floor balcony. Also, one of only a handful of units in this area that are dog friendly. Overall we were happy with the stay.

Great stay

We love the Palmetto Dunes area and the Barrington. The Barrington grounds are well maintained and beach access is close and easy. Nice beach chairs provided in the locker in the parking garage. Nice touch. This unit was as described and as the pictures show on the website. The actual views from the villa are even better than the pictures. Owners reached out quickly when we had a question. Extremely happy with our stay and would not hesitate to stay in Barrington Arms 207 again.

Perfect stay!

My family and our two small dogs had a perfect stay in this beautiful condo overlooking the pool and beach. The condo is lovely, immaculate, and up to date and is well located within Palmetto Dunes/Leamington. It has a well equipped kitchen, plenty of room to store groceries, and brand new family room furniture. The condo complex grounds are very well maintained and beautiful as well, and who can beat a view of the ocean? A super place to chill out for the week! Linda and Keith were very responsive and communicative throughout the process from initial booking through the stay, answering all our questions promptly, so I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Second Stay...and counting!

We enjoyed our stay at Linda and Keith's condo so much last time that we booked again for this summer. It was another wonderful week! The condo is in excellent condition, very clean, with a well stocked kitchen and there were even some nice furniture and decor updates this time. Barrington is a lovely, quiet location with wonderful grounds, some underground parking, plenty of beach gear, and a large pool. Linda and Keith are very responsive if you have a question. Highly recommend!

Pack light! Once you are here you will not want to leave. Buy enough food and drink for the week and just chill in your favorite pair of shorts and t-shirt and flip flops. Watch the kids in the pool and then take a evening walk on the beach! Or not, maybe you prefer to get up early and watch the sunrise over the ocean. This villa will exceed your expectations for your Hilton Head vacation!
