Welcome to Sea Pines! This 3000 sqf home was completely gutted and renovated in 2018 with the intention of making this a this a dream home away from home where you can relax and entertain friends and family! I take great pride in sharing my love of Sea Pines with others and have managed rental property for over 20 years. My goal is to create a modern inviting home with all the amenities so you can create amazing memories with your family and friends.

The layout features an open floor plan for entertaining yet privacy for guests. All bedrooms have en-suite baths. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 upstairs. Panoramic views can be enjoyed in the master bedroom, the great room, the dining area and kitchen. The house features a 3 level deck - perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors. The brand new kitchen expands the entire side of the house with a huge island that seats 8, farm sink, all new Jenn Air appliances.

The home is conveniently located for that perfect vacation get-away in world renowned Sea Pines Resort. A short bike ride (one mile) takes you to Harbor Town Golf Links, the Harbour Town Yacht Club, or the brand new Sea Pines Beach Club (two miles away). This allows visitors to be near it all yet be able to retreat back to a quiet private neighborhood home to relax.

I take great pride in ensuring that our guests fully enjoy their stay. There is nothing worse than renting a vacation home and being disappointed. I use VRBO when I vacation so I truly understand the importance of making a good impression and exceeding expectations.

This was the perfect home for our week in Hilton head. The view was spectacular, we all had our own bedroom suites, the kitchen was well equipped and they had bikes available to ride around. Extremely friendly check in. House was very clean. Great water views with lots of wildlife. STEVE the alligator would swim by every day at 6 pm for his daily photo shoot. Short bike rides to every where you’d want to visit in the Pines. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation home.

We try to get to Hilton Head a couple of times a year. This is the only house we've stayed in for quite some time. It is very peaceful and the view of the lagoon is relaxing. The house has all the amenities we could ever need.

My parents live year round in Hilton Head so we love visiting them. The tranquility of the scenery out back is so captivating and with each passing season I gain a greater appreciation for the natural setting and wildlife. I thought it would be great to share that with others when we cannot be there....

What makes this property unique

The home is an oasis of natural beauty and peacefulness in an otherwise busy community (Sea Pines). We like the fact that you can get away from the crowds and have your own slice of peace and quiet even when it is crowded in the summer. You can walk (20 min) to the Harbor Town Lighthouse and the marina. You can bike to the beach or hop on a trolley in busy season. We have shopping and restaurants located within one mile. Our home gives you a place to get away from it all and yet be close enough to everything you need.
