About this property

The Good Times Downstairs Unit B, located at 303 Highland Avenue in Bradenton Beach is a quiet, two bedroom, and two bath unit with a spacious living room, large open design European kitchen and very spacious open deck. Just one very short block to the beach, the unit provides the ultimate in convenience. Walk to the beach or a short stroll to Bridge Street with many dining, shopping and bar options - a car may not even be necessary. Relax in the evenings on the large open deck with view of the Gulf. Slight bay views are offered from each bedroom.

This unit sleeps six with two queen beds and a pullout sofa bed. It’s just undergone renovations and features wood floors, , stainless steel appliances and a stereo. A full size washer and dryer and gas grill are on site for your use.

There is a 55” flat screen television in the living room as well as a 32” television in the master bedroom.

Good Times B can be rented in conjunction with Unit A upstairs for groups up to eight. Rent both and receive a 5% discount.

Dogs are allowed with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per animal. No cats please.

Goodtimes is a three night minimum rental.

Parking is limited to two vehicles.

Good location but should not be rented until repairs are done!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect but so much needs to be done to this place! Ceiling in bathroom peeling and falling into hair with showers. Soft flour that you have to watch walking on. Very dirty porch with stained siding, loose rails, and filthy floor. Rusted dryer that stains clothes on top. Difficulty opening balcony doors. 8 0clock wake up call with leaf blowers every morning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Close to beach and shopping. Needs updating. Paint peeling on ceiling in guest bathroom. Napkin on floor and sofa cushions not clean when you turned them over to get a more comfortable seat. Adequate accommodations.
