Hi Paul and thank you for your review of Maria's Way. It was a pleasure hosting you. Our Reservations Manager has reached out to your via email about the miscommunication in regard to the extra items advertised. They are kept there at the property in the outside shed as well as in an interior closet at the entry by the stairs. We are so very sorry this wasn't conveyed to you when you reached out. Please check your email as soon as you can for a resolution from our manager. We hope you were still able to enjoy your stay, and will keep us in mind for future trips to Anna Maria.

Hi Devin, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at Marias Way. We're so glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed the location and found the kitchen well-equipped—being just a short walk to the beach is certainly one of our favorite features as well! We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered upon arrival. This is not the standard we strive to uphold, and your comments about the patio, baseboards, and leftover pet waste are deeply concerning. We completely understand your frustration and we agree that guests should walk into a spotless home. Please know that we are actively addressing these concerns with our housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again. Your feedback helps us improve, and we genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future with a stay that fully meets your expectations.
