About this property

Dear visitors!
Our approximately 80 sqm apartment in the beautiful wine town of Unkel is located in the middle of beautiful half-timbered buildings on the first floor of an old 1930s building and has four beds in two bedrooms. The living room also has a Friheten sofa bed, which has a sleeping area of 200x140 cm. We also offer WiFi on request (some parents prefer not to have WiFi, please just let me know).
For babies and toddlers we can offer you a bassinet, a travel cot, a playpen and a high chair.
The apartment also has a large living room with dining area, a cozy kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The idyllic location in the heart of the historic old town offers an excellent infrastructure. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, hairdressers, a music store, artisan shops, a village shop with magazines, drinks, food, drugstore items, etc. V. M. Allow a relaxing vacation of short distances. In the evening load u. a. Two cozy wine bars to end the day.

Nostalgischer Altstadturlaub

Lage: zentral in der Altstadt von Unkel, mitten in der Fußgängerzone (Weinlokal/Café gegenüber)aber im 1. Stock trotzdem ruhig. Vorteil: nur 30 m die Pützgasse runter zur Rheinpromenade. Nachteil: 300m Fußweg zum Auto, aber: kostenlos parken gegenüber der Schule in der Schulstraße. Zum Laden darf man bis vor die Haustüre fahren. Auf dem Weg zur FeWo (Linzer Straße) liegt das große VorteilCenter mit vielen Geschäften,Bäckerei, Tankstelle, Aldi und DM-Markt. An der Kreuzung Linzer Straße/B42 liegt eine tolle Bäckerei mit Café. 20 min bis Bonn/45 min bis Koblenz. Rheinfähre: in Linz (5min) oder Bad Hönningen(10min), Rheinbrücken in Bonn oder Koblenz. Zur FeWo: Schon das massive Holzportal und die Marmortreppe verbreiten nostalgisches Flair. Das setzt sich in der FeWo fort. Hohe Decken, Parkettboden, schicke dunkle Holztüren, Möbel und Schränke. An dem langen Flur liegen Toilette, Küche (Einrichtung von IKEA, aber alles Nötige vorhanden:sogar PadKaffeemaschine), nebenan Kinderzimmer mit zwei Betten, am Ende: Bad, gegenüber: großes Schlaf-und Wohnzimmer. Gutes Bett, großer Schrank. Gemütliches Sofa mit zwei Sesseln und Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen. Nachteil: Dusche und Toilette sind beengt, Lichtschalter für den Flur an der Wohnungstür und nicht am Flurende neben dem Schlafzimmer. Vorteil: für Familien: Viele Spiele und Spielsachen vorhanden. Alles in allem: Top FeWo! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kurzurlaub in Unkel

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft mit sehr netten und freundlichen Gastgebern. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Selbst bei längerem überlegen gibt es keine Kritikpunkte. Rundum einfach SUPER !
