This place is how every VRBO listing should operate! Kevin is so thoughtful and thorough in all areas of preparation and departure Everyone thought the mattresses were very comfortable but I do wish the master suite had a king bed.

Top notch property in South Bend! We spent a week at this home in July 2024 and it was wonderful. The house is beautiful with all amenities as listed, location is perfect, and overall stay was excellent. Kevin is a friendly, welcoming, attentive, and responsive host. Stunning Home

My daughter attends Notre Dame and this property is in extremely good proximity to campus. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Kevin was very communicative and easy to work with. Definitely would stay next time I am in town and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the South Bend area!
