Perfext spot!

This house is clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Quiet dead end street, nice back yard with 2 seating areas and plenty of space inside. The owners are excellent.

Has everything you need!

Great location, close to Notre Dame but on a very quiet street. It was perfect for our stay! We had an Expo to attend in Elkhart which wasn’t to far. It is a beautiful home with a lovely backyard. Wonderful fire pit! Definitely recommend!

Lovely ND retreat!

Chip was great about communicating, left us some nice little goodies, and plenty of toiletries. Very clean property with a lovely backyard. Would definitely recommend, easy walk to campus.

All the comforts of home

The location of this little place was ideal for us. Visited family in Mishawaka, walked the campus. Walked the beautiful water way, and enjoyed the relaxing backyard fire pit. Will definitely be back.

Our stay was amazing! Great home in a great location. The house was stocked with so many supplies that we didn’t expect: all bathroom toiletries, coffee and creamer and even a log for the fire pit! Chip was wonderful with communication and information. Will definitely stay here again when we come to visit our son.

Perfect for visiting Notre Dame

In a good safe neighborhood close enough to walk to Notre Dame. Adult son & his wife took bedroom with queen bed. I took one of the two twin beds in the other room. The one bathroom is pretty small, but we managed to make it work. Large dining area. Kitchen has most anything you'd need to eat in, except a dishwasher (i became the designated "dishwasher"). Appreciated the water bottles, coffee and snacks. Would book again.

Fantastic property! Clean, convenient, and private. A five minute drive with traffic to Notre Dame's campus. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. House was stocked and well organized. Great back yard with fire pit.

My wife Kathleen and I are South Bend natives, and we keep our home open to our friends and family as a destination for everything social. Our short-stay rental properties are an extension of that hospitality by providing outstanding lodging with all the amenities and comforts of home.

Conveniently located close to the Notre Dame campus and central to downtown South Bend and Mishawaka, the properties provide convenient access to everything fun, interesting, and entertaining in our community!

Why they chose this property

Kathleen and her five siblings grew up in this neighborhood. Their childhood home is three houses down and across the street and many of the neighbors she grew up with are still living in the neighborhood. It's a very safe and friendly neighborhood that's tucked away from traffic and rather private. It's so close to campus, that it's a perfect place to park and walk to the stadium, so there's a lot of fans flowing in and out of the neighborhood on Notre Dame Football Saturdays.

Location, Location, Location. The house is located 1/2 mile from the Notre Dame campus in a safe, quiet, private neighborhood and central to downtown South Bend and Mishawaka providing convenient access to everything fun, interesting and entertaining in our community!
