We have stayed at many VRBO‘s over the course of the past 2 to 3 years. And this is near the top. If not the top.! Everything was absolutely wonderful. Cozy, comfortable, well appointed, absolutely fantastic. I would call it a hidden gem. However, it won’t be hidden very long because it’s absolutely great. We had a wonderful time. The campus is very close and beautiful. Spent the day walking throughout. Loved every second can’t say enough about the hosts. You will thoroughly enjoy yourself by staying here thanks again all the best.

This is a cute cottage-type home which is clean and well equipped to make it feel like a very nice home away from home. The owner was extremely responsive and let us know he lived close by in case we needed anything. The home is close to ND and very conveniently located to main roads and businesses. There was everything we needed in the kitchen, bath and even games and books. Lots of little touches!

Very well kept, clean, and comfortable home on a quiet street near notre dame. We were visiting for a wedding and ate in the first night and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable and had tvs in both bedrooms. The home was small, but set up comfortably. My only suggestion would be to replace a few blinds thst were missing slats. The host was very responsive and while we had no issues at all, he was easy to contact and communicate with. I would definitely stay again.

My wife Kathleen and I are South Bend natives, and we keep our home open to our friends and family as a destination for everything social. Our short-stay rental properties are an extension of that hospitality by providing outstanding lodging with all the amenities and comforts of home.

Conveniently located close to the Notre Dame campus and central to downtown South Bend and Mishawaka, the properties provide convenient access to everything fun, interesting, and entertaining in our community!

Why they chose this property

Kathleen and her five siblings grew up in this neighborhood. Their childhood home is three houses down and across the street and many of the neighbors she grew up with are still living in the neighborhood. It's a very safe and friendly neighborhood that's tucked away from traffic and rather private. It's so close to campus, that it's a perfect place to park and walk to the stadium, so there's a lot of fans flowing in and out of the neighborhood on Notre Dame Football Saturdays.

What makes this property unique

Location, Location, Location. The house is located 1/2 mile from the Notre Dame campus in a safe, quiet, private neighborhood and central to downtown South Bend and Mishawaka providing convenient access to everything fun, interesting and entertaining in our community!
