The apartment is super close to the city center (5 minutes by tram) and yet in a quiet residential neighborhood.
You’ll love the modern ambiance, and relaxing in the comfortable sofa watching a cool movie in the big TV. In town for work? Our internet is fast and we got a great working space set up (with a printer). Up for cooking? Enjoy the modern kitchen with all utensils you need! Coffee break? Soak up some sun in the balcony!

The apartment is on the first floor accessed by stairs (shown in the picture of the building entrance hall).
Kitchen: dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, stove, oven, blender, toaster, kettle, glasses, dishes, cutlery. The kitchen has access to a small balcony facing the street.
Main bedroom: cable TV, wardrobe, 180x200cm bed, sockets by bedside table (incl. USB).
Office/ Guest bedroom: printer, sofa-bed, working desk and comfortable office chair. This room has access to a balcony facing the backyard. The sofa bed, when opened, turns into a 140x190cm bed.
Living-room: smart tv with cable tv, wide sofa-bed, dining table for 6 persons. The living room has access to a small balcony facing the street (the same balcony as the kitchen).
Corridor: cleaning cabinet, wardrobe, safe box, tall mirror.
Bathroom: 1 full bathroom with bathtub and hair drier.
Laundry room: in the basement, a shared laundry facility with washing machine and drier. Iron and ironing board also available.
Summer months: ventilators in every room, 1x portable air conditioner.
Winter months: extra heating devices for those who prefer to have it warmer.

Small children: let us know if you want a high chair or baby bed placed in the apartment (please tell us in advance, we can only place them according to availability). You will find plates and forks for kids in the kitchen! We have no safety nets on the windows and our electrical outlets are not protected, please take care.

Surveillance: the guests should note that there is a security camera by the stairs (outside the apartment).

Great Location and amenities for a family with 2 teens!

The apartment contained one large bedroom , one office with a sleeper sofa, and a living room with a regular (non sleeper) sofa. It is not super-fancy, but it has everything we needed and was neat, organized , and clean. Our teenage boys slept in the office and the living room since each wanted their own space at the end of the day. It worked out well for our family. The weekly cleaning add-on was great (highly recommend this) and we were provided everything needed for linens, towels etc. The laundry facility was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was summertime and warmer than usual so we really appreciated our one AC wall unit that could be moved into the living room or the bedroom, as needed. Public transport in Bern is great and the apartment is less than 5 min from the WANDER tram stop (Tram 9) that takes you into the city in less than 10 minutes. The apartment also happens to be very close to the Gurten , which we enjoyed on several occasions this summer. The property manager was always reachable when we needed anything, even on the weekend, which was impressive. They were always kind and generous and helpful . We highly recommend Armotti and this apartment.

love travelling, and every time I do, I try to bring a little bit of what I learned and saw back with me.

My business partner Rovena and I started our furnished rental business in 2011, and with the years we learned a lot and have enjoyed experimenting with the furniture, the textiles, the decorations. We love to host, and we do our best to implement our guest's feedback to continuously improve our offerings.

We take cleaning very seriously, and this has proven to be a blessing during these hard times Europe and the World have lived. We disinfect every light switch, air every room, iron every sheet and towel, and make our bathrooms shine. This, of course, takes time, and is the reason we reserve so many hours between a guest's departure and the next guest's arrival. We will not always be able to offer early check-ins, but we do our best to make it worth the wait.

I truly hope we get a chance to host you and that we are able to make you feel at home!
