This property is located very close to the city centre and has been recently renovated and furnished with a lot of care in every detail. In the summer months every room has a tower ventilator, and you shall find a portable air conditioner in the living room. In winter, it feels rather cosy with a chalet-like vibe.
The building has 2 entrances and an elevator that takes you directly into your unit. The laundry room is also private (in the basement), and you shall find ironing facilities, a washer and dryer at your disposal.
