Amazing Desert Stay with Resort Amenities & Priv Entrance

Bright and cheerful condo with private exterior entrance. Featuring modern decor that comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 4 kids. Unit has mostly new appliances and furniture. Covered parking provided for your convenience as well as secured shed for your bikes if needed (please arrange before arrival). Located near Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Snow Canyon State Park and more. There are many things to do and see and this condo offers you a relaxing place to come home to after your daily adventures.

Stringent COVID-19 Cleaning practices are being implemented. This quiet Condo is located in Sports Village Resort. It is Located on the second floor (9 stairs up) with its own private access and has covered parking. A 65" flat screen TV in living room and a 43" flat screen TV in bedroom. Fully functional dine in kitchen stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Large soaking tub in bathroom. Pool towels are also supplied for use in club house. Complimentary toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are supplied. This unit sleeps 5 with a very comfortable King size bed as well as the queen sized sofa sleeper and a full sized futon. Extra sheets and blankets provided. You also have access to a new washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience. This condo has a private deck with outdoor seating as well.
High speed wireless internet is provided along with Hulu Live TV service, streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment at no additional cost. There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival.

You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more.
Resort amenities include:
-4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a Cabana next to pools.
-2 Large Pools (one 18+ pool and a family pool-heated). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi - open year round as long as outside temps are 45 degrees or higher.
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.

Quiet area, close to biking and hiking trails. Pool areas seemed to be undergoing some repairs to the fencing. Never really used them. There was supposed to be an adults only pool area, but kids were using both pools and the hot tub. Seemed nice but never got around to using them.

This property is in terrific shape, super clean, and very well-maintained. It had all of the items we wanted and needed, and was extremely well positioned for our needs of hiking, biking, swimming, eating, and a great weekend. The owners were amazing with clear and concise communication, and very helpful in answering questions and requests. Highly recommend!

The location is fine, the parking lot was being repaired so we couldn't find parking near the property. They need to do a deep cleaning of carpets, kitchen and bathroom. The place would sleep 6 people but only if 2 were adults and the rest kids. A futon and a sofa bed are difficult to share with another adult.

We had a great stay in this condo. We only stayed one night. Sports Village itself is in need of an update. The clubhouse/game area has water stains all over the place. Everything has a lot of wear and tear. This condo was clean and had enough space for the 3 of us.

We would stay in this condo again. The unit was clean and well stocked with supplies. The bed was soft which is what I like. The bedroom had an air filter and sleep sound machine which were super nice extra touches. The unit is on the 2nd floor and was quiet. I swam one day in the lap pool. The water was cold, but you quickly get use to it if swimming. I was told the larger pool is heated. Staff were nice and helpful at the club house.

Cozy 1 Bdrm St. George Get Away

Finding this great condo when we needed it! Was perfect timing, and we had a great time. The Condo was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed for the week was there. I felt at home when I walked in and throughout the stay. The property and amenities were just right. With two pools, hot tubs and great access in and out of the area to all the sporting events we were in town for. It was easy to find and parking was very close, with a private entrance and patio. I will definitely come back and book again if available. Thanks for the great experience. RJ
