The space
This private 1 bedroom suite accommodates up to 6 guests. It features updated kitchen cabinets with granite countertop, private master bedroom with small city view balcony, as well as a window overlooking the ocean. You can see the ocean but also the sunset from that bedroom. Is there anything better than that? In the living room we have full size murphy bed as well as queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests. The suite sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. Second spacious balcony with amazing angled oceanfront view of the Atlantic. So wait no more and book this place for your next vacation. And did I mention that your dog is also welcome to come with you? (with prior approval/additional fee applies) No need to board your furry friend while you're away when they can tag along for the whole trip....
Other things to note
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm.

Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.

All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee.

Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

Please note that during Winter months, there may be renovations in the resort or nearby suites. Some resort amenities may be closed or have limited hours during this time. Prices are reduced during the winter to compensate for this possibility.

-Only guests that are staying in the suite are allowed in the suite. Evidence of unauthorized guests in the unit will result in an additional charge of $100 per person per night. Please be sure to notify us if additional guests will be joining you.

-Only dogs are allowed (no other pets) and prior approval is needed before booking.
-There is a $25 per dog per night small dog fee (fee request sent after booking) Dogs must be non-aggressive, house trained, must not nuisance bark, be free of any parasites, and crated if left alone.
*** Restricted breeds are: Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows. No large dogs. Dogs must be under 40 pounds. No Cats Allowed.***
-Dogs must be on the leash when on property. They are not allowed at the pool area and at the restaurant.
