Thanks Gerry for your feedback except that when we communicated on the daily basis you never brought up the topic even when verbally asked about if you had any issues with your check in or other information pertaining to your booking. Eric was very easy to communicate and interact with and one of those guest that you wish they can stay longer. He followed our house manual guideline by the book. We recommend Eric and hope to host him again.

As we indicated in our previous review on Jared he exhibited a truly pleasant attitude during his more than a week stay on our property. The only way to know that the villa was occupied is by the presence of his car in the driveway, a peaceful, quiet and enjoyable guest to have. It's nice to know that Brenda and her husband enjoyed her stay at the villa on the Potomac. That is exactly what we've expected for this very nice, respectful, peaceful and loving couple to have. Sorry Margaret to read your review of our property as this is different from what you told us after we met in your villa to walk you thru after you call us. It's obvious that you fell to follow the instruction and intentionally want to discredit the reality even if that will required that you to twist the truth. We would have event refunded your booking if we got this information at the time of out meeting. All our guest will disagreed with you on this as indicated by their reviews of the same villa that you used. The house manual in your coffee table specifically says that you should communicate with the host of any issue that doesn't go as expected, and yet after we walked you thru you chose to ignore and writing in your review anything that came to your head. We will prefer to let the property, the outstanding customer reviews and our professional services speak for itself in this case. We will make sure that we don't do business with you anymore in the future. Thanks for you information.

Dear Allison we thanks for your feedback and very please to know that the majority of our guest desagreed with your assessment of our property and hospitality as indicated the the excellent reviews received. We understand that there will always be some people that we can't please no matter how good we are. First you failed to declared your 2 pets in your 7 days booking, then when our team found that out, you engaged in headed argument with the team about why we shouldn't charged you a pet fees which is clearly indicated on the VRBO site. Then you complained about running out of barthroom tissue that the cleaning crew forgot to add and they even replaced that the same day and we provided you with additional discount on your booking for that mistake. From that moment forward you kept complaning about everything, from our business model to the taste of coffee that you drink to the soap we provided. Our team listed 17 items that you complained about in less than 5 days from your check in and wanted refund on them. Dispite the fact that you have a fully furnished villa with more than what is needed for 1 week our team kept getting naging comments from you everyday till the day you checked out. Our check out policy listed 12pm and you were still in the villa when the cleaning crew came to clean the dvilla around 1:30pm. They have to literally wait for you to get out of the property so they can prepared it for the next guest. By the time you check out it was exactly 2:30pm, costing our cleaning team unecessary project lost. Additionally, you failed to follow our check out policy with respect to cleaning and garbage removal, thus leaving the villa in a very bad and stinky shape which took the cleaning crew more time to clean. Even thought we reported all these incident to VRBO after your checking out we really don't feel like we should host you again in the future as you are really one of those guest that any host would like to avoid at any cost. Florence and her husband are really a loving couple to spend time with. From day one they display this charming and hospitable attitude that make you want to spend all day with them. In additional to be multilanguage, Florence also enjoy having a nice respectful conversation with people. I really enjoy talking with her about all and nothing. They left the villa so clean that the cleaning crew was wondering if need cleaning again. It's a real pleasure as host to meet some genuine nice folks like this one who shine a light in your work.
