Inside, the tastefully decorated living spaces invite you to unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant West Palm Beach waterfront. Whether you’re gathering around the game room for a friendly match of air hockey or savoring a quiet evening with a glass of wine by the pool, every moment feels thoughtfully curated. This Jade Retreat blends modern comforts with a touch of island charm, creating a seamless home‑away‑from‑home experience.



Sleeping Arrangements

Three beautifully appointed bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests. The Master Suite features a Luxury King Bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Guest Suite 1 and Guest Suite 2 each offer a Luxury Queen Bed, pool views, and Smart TVs. Additional sleeping options include a comfortable couch, an air mattress, and a crib for families traveling with little ones.



Outdoor Living

Your private pool is the centerpiece of the oasis, complete with optional heating for $100 per night (recommended October 15 – May 31, with three‑day notice). Lounge on the poolside chairs, dip into the water, or enjoy a sunset cocktail at the pool bar. The landscaped garden provides a tranquil backdrop for morning coffee or evening conversations.



Game Room

Air‑conditioned and ready for fun, the game room holds air hockey, shuffleboard, darts, board games, and a Smart TV—perfect for friendly competition or relaxed downtime.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully stocked kitchen, equipped with Starbucks Espresso and Drip coffee, serves up to eight guests. Gather around the formal dining table for six, the casual dining area for five, or the kitchen bar for three. Essentials such as organic shampoo, conditioner, soaps, paper towels, and laundry supplies are provided.



Neighborhood

A short walk brings you to Oceanfront Park and Flagler Drive, where you can stroll to Howley’s Diner or Dixie Grill and Brewery. A 10‑minute drive reaches Municipal Beach on Palm Beach Island, Worth Avenue shopping, and downtown West Palm Beach. Nearby attractions include The Breakers, The Colony Hotel, Buccan’s, Henry’s, and Cucina Palm Beach.



Concierge Services

Kelly and Ali are available to arrange excursions, in‑home dining, family photo shoots, transportation, spa services, private chefs, and even stock the fridge before you arrive. Babysitting and other personalized requests are welcomed.



Pet Policy

Kid and dog‑friendly. Dogs under 20 lb (maximum two) are allowed with a $250 fee per pet and written approval; breed restrictions apply. No cats are permitted due to guest allergies.



House Rules

No smoking or vaping indoors. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Parties with outside guests are not allowed, and guests are asked to respect the peace of the neighborhood.

West Palm Beach Beauty!

Do not hesitate to book this property! It is clean, well maintained, and exactly as shown in the photographs. The beds are comfortable, linens are nice, and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the heated pool and nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely love to stay here again!

This lovely home is well-designed and decorated. It’s elegant yet comfortable, and close to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and just a few minutes from the airport. all of the rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is nicely equipped and open. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat! Great management, too.

What a great visit. This home is close to everything! Amazing park across the street with batting cages and lots of green space. The beach is 7 min away! Super clean and had everything we needed while away from home. We were in town for a baseball tournament and will be renting this home next time we are in town

Joyful Holiday Time Spent at the Jade

Lovely stay at the Jade Property. We enjoyed time with family and furry friend over the holidays. Prior to our visit the Owner shared many recommendations. The kitchen was well-equipped with items for preparing special dinner. A Great location to shops and restaurants ...we all liked that it only a short walk to 50's diner. The house is beautiful and clean, the neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you need including beaches. There was a play room which my 3 yo son loved and communication was better then any other place I've stayed. We didn't want to leave!

Perfect family getaway in West Palm

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Jade Retreat in West Palm. Perfect location 10 mins away from the bustling downtown. The house itself was spotless, well-appointed with everything we needed. The pool and back yard area were perfect - even has a retractable sunshade that covers the patio for max enjoyment of the outdoors. Our kids LOVED the playroom and adults/kids alike loved the game room in the garage. Communication w/ host and check in/out were seamless. Thanks for a wonderful stay while we visited for Spring Training!

This home was just as listed! My family thoroughly enjoyed. Home was extremely clean and very comfortable for the 6 of us. Heated pool was a huge plus! Game room got loads of use especially for my competitive family members. Great restaurants nearby. Kelly was great with communication and Gisele was very nice and helpful. Oasis in West Palm Beach

Stayed here for a week with my husband, 15 month old and in laws. We had a blast. The location of the home is perfect. We walked along the water everyday and all of the other attractions are a short car ride away! The home itself is perfect-beautiful, well maintained and very spacious. Very toddler friendly too! Nice added touch was the playroom which my daughter loved. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor space is amazing. The pool was fantastic. Communication with staff is super easy and they are so quick to respond. Thank you for all the memories we will cherish forever!

Newly renovated house with excellent family amenities

This house was recently renovated and has all new everything. Very well appointed. Large pool and outdoor entertaining space with auto shade that can come out over outside table/chairs. Game room is perfect for all ages! Tons of books and games to keep everyone busy. There was an ant problem in one bath that needs to be addressed, but otherwise this home is in excellent condition with comfy beds/linens and very nicely decorated. Communication with rental agency was prompt.
