Welcome to our Luxury home! This spectacular stay is beautifully furnished and ready to be enjoyed by families and traveling groups. This beautiful home incorporates bright and airy living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, indulgent bedroom suites, modern furnishings and spacious living. Lush tropical gardens surround the large heated pool and provide endless outdoor entertaining spaces.

The Space

When entering the home you are immediately welcomed with a light and elegant atmosphere, and greet with a modern chrome chandelier, gorgeous round modern abstract mirror and round jute rug. Updated with new vinyl flooring, ample new lighting and refreshed modern furnishings and décor throughout. The house is family-friendly, warm and inviting. Each room has its own unique character and luxurious feel. The kids will love the new bunk bed and colorful accents, while adults can enjoy the comfort of the new queen bedrooms.

THE BEDROOMS

The Primary Bedroom (En-suite)
The primary bedroom is a highlight with the high-vaulted ceilings and full views and access of the pool deck. Spacious upholstered grey king-sized bed with a brand new AC, modern chrome ceiling fan with a remote control, Boho finishes with new paintings, throw pillows and 2 armchairs. There is a huge walk-in closet and an en-suite primary bathroom.

2nd Bedroom
This bedroom is a kid-friendly bedroom with a brand new twin over twin bunkbed, colorful prints on the walls, abstract throw pillows and farmhouse navy cotton blankets. There are some children's and adult reading books that line the open-shelves. Newly installed updated lighting and ceiling fan with remote control beams over the brightly colored Safavieh Bohemian rug.

3rd Bedroom (En-suite Bathroom)
This room features a queen bed with a Sleep Number remote controlled air mattress. There is a new industrial Farmhouse wood headboard and end tables with dimmable touch-controlled USB lamps, installed with Edison lights. The lighting in the room has been newly updated, a new ceiling fan with remote control installed and new 32" HD smart ROKU streaming TV. Enjoy the Boho designed paintings, large industrial mirror and dresser in the room. The windows have been updated and room-darkening shades installed. Enjoy the convenience of an en-suite bathroom with updated shower fixtures and tiles.

4th Bedroom
The 4th bedroom has a new cream upholstered platform bed with a comfortable mattress, modern white end tables and touch controlled lamps. The bed sits on a Loom Sofia Collection rugs with soft blue and off white patterns. The room is decorated with hues of light and dark blues throughout. A faux palm tree sits in the corner of the room and a large glass personal desk for remote workers or students in a private space. There is a newly installed ceiling light fan with remote control, a modern large dresser and 32" HD smart ROKU streaming TV. A bathroom sits conveniently to the right of this bedroom.

THE BATHROOMS

Primary en-suite bathroom has a shower with marble top vanity, freshly painted walls and large mirror.

2nd Bathroom is located in the queen bedroom with a step- in shower, newly painted and new shower fixtures installed.

3rd Bathroom is located between bedrooms 3 & 4. This bathroom has been updated with a modern chrome vanity light, new mirror and refinished bathtub/ shower. Floral décor throughout to keep the space light and serene.

THE DINING AREAS (Indoor/ Outdoor)

The dining room has a classic glass table top with chrome legs with 6 high backed white dining chairs surrounded by the large windows, with shear drapes & magnificent views of the pool area and lush manicured tropical backyard. The table sits under a new chrome semi-flush chandelier with modern Edison bulbs & rests on a Persian rug with tones of blues and blush. There is direct access to the backyard & outdoor Acacia wood and woven rattan dining set located under a covered patio, dotted with string lights. The outdoor dining table sits next to a propane gas-powered grill.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen is fit for the food fanatic. Dark gray granite tops and newly updated flooring. Everything you need to feed your hungry guests. There is an electronic stove and oven. Large stainless steel double door fridge with ice maker. White Keurig pod coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, kettle and all utensils and dinnerware you need! The kitchen has easy access to the dining area through a doorway and looking through a kitchen window hutch.

LIVING ROOMS

Upon entering the home, you are greeted by the luxurious living room with a lovely soft grey sofa, two bucket armchairs with sage throw pillows, modern Town Square chrome coffee table and end tables. The focal point of the room is the original 1950's fireplace that holds a 6- holder candelabra with flameless remote- controlled candles. The whole space is brightened by the update high-hat lighting and soft glows of lamps all around the room. There is a large white desk with white leather lamps and Alexa speaker. Enjoy the large windows in the front of the room with views of the peaceful friendly neighborhood.

The large living room/ den is attached to the dining room and features a large HD Fire TV with cable, a stylish sofa with pastel colored throw pillows and blankets and two modern chrome armchairs, which all sit on a Safavieh Brentwood Collection Medallion distressed rug. The whole area is surrounded by massive windows with an expansive view of the pool and tropical manicured landscaping.

THE OUTDOORS

The outdoors is a resort-style oasis. The inviting pool is surrounded by lush tropical plants and Palm trees. The landscaping has been fully upgraded with superb flowers, new lawn, tropical plants and a special rock formation with a large decorate pot of flowers. The pool may be heated upon request and a daily fee charged. Under the covered patio is a 6 seater Acacia wood and rattan dining set, surrounded by romantic string lights and sits next to a large propane grill. The large outdoor patio has a relaxing outdoor rattan lounging set under an umbrella, decorated with colorful tropical Tommy Bahama throw pillows.

**Please note there is no pool safety fence or back door alarms. Guests are responsible to watch small children at all times.

The Extras:

There is a large capacity washer and dryer with all detergents you need. Enjoy the 8 beach chairs, beach umbrella and soft grey Turkish beach towels at the beach. At the top of the driveway is a large basketball net & basket ball. For the young kids and babies, there are 2 travel pack n plays.
