difficult communication
Multiple problems arose including parking spot not being available, difficulty communicating with the manager or owner long delay in response and then responded in French. Apartment hallway and put condition, department self limited towels, upstairs difficult to access secondary to narrow hallway difficult steps with no hand rail, Beds need additional pillows. No paper towels in the kitchen.

Je vous réponds en français car cela est plus facile pour moi n'étant pas parfaitement bilingue. Il suffit d'activer sur l'application la traduction automatique et vous aurez mon message dans votre langue. Pour la place de parking, vous m'avez envoyé un message comme quoi votre place réservée était prise à 23 h 53 samedi. Je l'ai lu mais ne pouvant rien faire, je me suis rendormie. Dimanche matin je suis passée à 7 h 30 et il n'y avait pas de véhicule garé. Vous m'avez de nouveau envoyé le même message dimanche à 23 h 43. Je suis passée lundi matin à 7 h 00 et j'ai vu une voiture de location AVIS à votre place, j'ai appelé l'agence et le problème a été réglé immédiatement. Cela est la première fois que cela arrive. En ce qui concerne les serviettes, vous aviez chacun 1 draps de bain, une serviette à cheveux, plusieurs serviettes à mains, un tapis de bain et 3 serviettes de plage pour 4 jours. Vous les avez d'ailleurs toutes rendues dans un état déplorable. Concernant l'essuie tout, vous en aviez un tout neuf dans le placard de la cuisine.
Je suis désolée de ces désagréments mais je ne peux pas gérer le non civisme des gens. Cela est la première fois que cela arrive. Le long délai de réponse est du à l'heure des messages.
J'espère quand même vous revoir sur notre très belle île.
