the tenant has a modern house with gallery on 165m².
For a maximum of 6 adults plus children!
3 bedrooms (1x master with private bathroom and box spring bed)

The country house has open beams and terracotta tiles. You will feel right at home here. This "antique" ambience is combined with modern elements and furnishings. The perfect mix of modern and country house will inspire you.
In addition to the normal sleeping arrangements, you can reserve an extra bed (free of charge), and there is still the option of an alternative sleeping space on the gallery

The municipality of Bünsdorf lies in the district of Rendsburg-Eckernförde. It is located directly on the Wittensee, embedded in a beautiful, slightly hilly landscape. The municipality of Bünsdorf, a quiet farming village, is idyllically situated on the southwestern shore of Lake Wittensee.

The bathing place on Wittensee, with its bathing island, lawn, barbecue area and children's playground, is particularly popular. At the end of July there is an annual sea festival in Bünsdorf.

In the village you will find the restaurant "König Ludwig", where Bavarian hospitality is cultivated but also many local specialties are served and the listed Feldstein hall church from the 13th Century. The Kiel Canal with its ocean liners and cruise ships is just 1300 meters away as the crow flies. Here you can see ships "sailing through the field" ..
It is 15 minutes by car to Rendsburg or Eckernförde. Eckernförde is known for the beautiful bay and the associated quiet Baltic Sea location with the beach.
The Hüttener Berge nature park and the surrounding landscape are ideal for hiking.
On the Wittensee you can practice various water sports, or just swim and relax on the shore. Destinations such as Hamburg, Flensburg, Büsum, St. Peter Ording can all be reached by car within 45 minutes. The state capital Kiel, with all its attractions, many restaurants and nightlife is only about 25 km away.

Nice and quiet retreat from all the fray

It was a gem to find close to my relatives and touristic attractions on the Baltic and around the North-East Canal in the middle of Schleswig-Holstein. We loved the totally renovated atmosphere from an old barn to a modern Apartment with ample space in the upstairs room too. If we come back, we would book it immediately.

Sehr schön renoviertes Landhaus. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit komplett ausgestatteter Küche. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geräumig.Es liegt in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand, zum Badestrand am Wittensee sind es nur wenige Gehminuten und um die Ecke ist ein sehr gutes Speiselokal. Sauna u. Whirlpool wurden von uns nicht genutzt.Das Haus kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist total liebevoll eingerichtet und wunderschön. Allerdings hatten gehofft, dass dort auch ein Stück Garten wie auf dem Bild mit dem Grill zu sehen, vorhanden ist. Aber der See lädt bei schönem Wetter auch sehr ein. Im ganzen waren wir aber mehr als zufrieden. Empfehlung: ein Grundriss der Zimmer und dem Grundstück. Wir kommen aber bestimmt trotzdem gern wieder.

Ein schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, wir waren zu fünft dort und es gab reichlich Sitzplätze, auf Sofas, am Esstisch oder draußen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und durch die Kochinsel mit mehreren Personen nutzbar. Die Schlaf- und Badezimmer waren ausreichend, die Toilette im Erdgeschoss etwas eng. Sauna und Whirlpool haben wir nicht benutzt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und flott. Der große Gasgrill war in gutem Zustand und wurde gerne von uns benutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Objekt war ein Traum, welches auch auf Grund seiner Größe und Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen ließ. Bei den auftretenden Problemen hat sich der direkte Kontakt zum Vermieter bewährt. Tolle Ausstattung

Als wir ankamen, war der Weg voller Äste. Das Grün sehr hoch. Der Garten nur ca 100 qm, die leider überhaupt nicht zum Verweilen einluden. Sehr schade.Drinnen dann: toll eingerichtet. Alles da und noch viel mehr. Super Ausstattung. Sauna und Whirlwanne hat keiner benutzt. Über die Renovierungsarbeiten werde ich hier nicht urteilen.Aber Tapete, die von der Wand hängt..... .Die Sachen wie WC, Betten , Küche alles sauber. Aber die Spinnweben im Bad unten, auf den Fensterbänken, im Flur etc., sorry, das ist leider nichts für mich. Gefreut haben uns die 2 Näpfe für unseren Hund und das Begrüßungsgeschenk. Wir hatten ein schönes Familientreffen und eigentlich hätte das Haus bei leichter Überarbeitung auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne verdient.

Ruhig und liebevoll eingerichtet

Wir haben uns mit vier Frauen ein entspanntes Wochenende hier gemacht. Besonders das große Wohn- und Esszimmer ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch die großen Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön. Das Bad im oberen Stockwerk ist nicht angenehm und wirkt unfertig. Die Kommunikation war super nett!

Gesamteindruck ganz schlecht!

Die Sauberkeit dieses Hauses ist mehr als schlecht! Hier wird geworben mit einem Haus mit Sauna, Whirlpool, Garten und Grill. Sauna stinkt, Whirlpool dreckig inkl. Haare vom Vorgänger, Grill dreckig vom Vorgänger, Duschwasser läuft nur stockend, Gefriertruhe verschimmelt, Küche von anno dazumal, Fernsehen nur mit eigenem Amazonkonto, kein Kabel oder Schüssel, ganz schlechter Internetempfang! Der Garten auf den Fotos ist von den Nachbarn! Auf Nachfrage ist der Eigentümer des Hauses nicht einmal zu einer Erstattung bereit und redet sich unverschämt aus allem raus. Nie wieder!

Ein geschmackvoll und großzügig möblierte Ferienwohnung, mit einer perfekt ausgestattenden Küche!

Für 7 Personen, bzw. 3 Generationen war reichlich Platz um sich "auszudehnen"! Würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Auch der Kontakt zur Nachbarschaft war sehr angenehm!

Etwas enttäuscht

Leider ist das Objekt nicht wirklich Senioren geeignet. Zu viele Stolperfallen. Viele Ecken die nicht sauber renoviert sind oder nur sehr Laienhaft. Steckdosen die halb raushingen, oder Abdeckungen die auf Verteilerdosen gefehlt haben. Abwasserrohre die nur provisorisch abgedeckt waren. Das einzige Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, das für Senioren geeignet war hatte zwar das Bad dabei, aber die Duschkabine war halb durch die Toilette versperrt, man kam kaum rein. Einer musste vom Fußende ins Bett kriechen, was sehr erschwerend was. In 2 der Schlafzimmer gab es keine Hängemöglichkeiten für Kleidung. Die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, stellenweise aufgequollen, Kaffeemaschine und Senseo produzieren keinen heißen Kaffee. Der Eingangsbereich ist schön gewesen, aber die Stufe in den Wohnbereich ist zu hoch, könnte die Senioren nur über die Küche reinlassen, wo erst der Fensterrahmen zum Drübersteigen war und kaum ein Schritt weiter ein etwa 5 bis 7 cm höher Absatz war, bei dem meine Mutter gestolpert ist. Ja, das Haus ist alt, aber man hätte sicher einiges besser renovieren können. Preis fanden wir etwas zu viel für diese Mängel.

Unglaublich idyllisches und gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir wollten einige Tage mit der Familie zusammen abschalten und sind aufgrund der Größe dann bei diesem Ferienhaus fündig geworden. Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch und gemütlich und mit der offenen Galerie und dem Kamin ein echter Hingucker. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und aufgrund der hervorragenden Ausstattung in allen Bereichen (selten in einem Feriendomizil wie diesem Urlaub gemacht, wo wirklich an alles gedacht wurde) kann man direkt entspannt in den Urlaub starten☀️ Eine Bäckerei ist in einem drei Kilometer entfernten Ort gut mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto zu erreichen und auch sonst ist es sehr empfehlenswert mit ein paar Fahrrädern die wunderschöne Gegend zu erkundigen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bei unserer Ankunft und sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Unsere Familie kommt auf jeden Fall gerne wieder- weiter so👍🏼👍🏼

Alles in allem okay

Wir hatten uns der Beschreibung des Objekts nach wahnsinnig auf den Urlaub gefreut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei und leicht. Man betritt das Haus und freut sich, weil es alles groß und sehr offen, wenn auch etwas dunkel, wirkt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, da fehlt es an absolut nichts. Das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls super. Das Schlafzimmer und das eine Bad im EG sind ebenfalls in Ordnung. Wenn man dann aber die Sauna und andere Toilette betritt, kommt leider ein muffiger schimmeliger Geruch entgegen. Deshalb blieb die Sauna ungenutzt und die Toilette nebenan ebenfalls. Egal wer im OG läuft, das ganze Haus hört lautes Knacken. Wirklich laut. Die Türgriffe im WC oben waren nicht befestigt und die Tür müsste eingestellt werden. Auf dem Dach scheinen Marder zu leben, die feiern nachts ordentlich. Oropax empfehlenswert. Im WC oben fehlt wirklich eine Dusche, wie andere auch geschrieben haben. Ein Schutzgitter oben und unten an der Treppe wären toll gewesen, zumal oben die Spielecke für Kinder ist. Ansonsten ist das Objekt sicher neu renoviert, aber nicht aktuell, sondern vor mehreren Jahren. Trotzdem war es eine schöne Zeit.
