This very nice holiday home consists of 3 separate living units and is located close to the dike.

Apartment 2 is on the upper floor and is furnished for up to 4 people and a small child

Your apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with LCD TV, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower / toilet.
An ironing board, iron and a washing machine are at your disposal in the separate laundry room.

There is a separate terrace for each living unit, equipped with garden furniture and a grill.
Here you can let the fresh 'North Sea air' blow around your nose on sunny days.
A parking space and storage facilities for your bicycles are also available.

Quiet location and yet right in the middle. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach shops, bakeries, excellent restaurants and the indoor play park 'Sturmfei' with adjacent wellness oasis etc..

Toller Kurzurlaub

Der Aufenthalt war super, Wohnung in einer ruhigen, direkten Lage am Deich. zum Hafen und Strand 1,8 km Spaziergang. Ein bisschen ärgerlich, dass man den Eintritt zum Strand bezahlen muss, das hat natürlich nichts mit dem Gastgeber zu tun. Ansonsten alles super. Kommen bestimmt mindestens 1x mal wieder.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr geräumig.Kann man jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Eine schöne Gegend. Würde nie mehr über FE WO buchen. Kommunikation sehr schlecht !!!

Schöne Fewo zum fairen Preis

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Alle Dinge vor Ort konnten wir mit dem Rad erledigen. Die Vermieter waren nicht vor Ort aber immer telefonisch erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von Neßmersiel aus, konnte man wunderbare Touren unternehmen.

Unnötiger Stress im Urlaub

Sowohl die Anreise als auch der Erhalt der Kurkarte war unnötig stressig. Bei der Anreise war kein Vermieter anzutreffen und eine Nachbarin zeigte mir die Wohnung. Die Kurkarte bekam ich trotz mehrfachen nachfragens nicht und habe sie mir schließlich selbst über die Touristenzentrale geholt. Die Wohnung war aber sehr schön, sauber und toll gelegen und als der erste Stress erledigt war wurde es dann auch ein guter Urlaub.

Tolle einfache Ferienwohnung

Leider zu wenig Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Hätte mir mehr Informationen am anreisetag gewünscht. Super sauber und wir würden trotzdem wieder kommen. Spiele und Zubehör für Babys und Kleinkinder vorhanden. :)

Überwiegend gut

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Einrichtung zum Teil etwas älter aber gepflegt, Einrichtung zum Teil auch neuer. Ausstattung gut. Telefonischer Kontakt zur Vermieterin gut. Lage gut. Bank vorm Haus gut. Fahrräder durften in den Schuppen, gut. Nicht so gut waren die Geräusche nachts von der Wasserspülung der Nachbarwohnung, aber da hatten wir wohl etwas Pech…

Preis-Leistung überzeugend

Das Objekt war sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung war nicht mehr die Neuste, aber noch gut. Sehr großes Bad, Schlafräume angenehm. In der Küche musste man sich entscheiden, ob Mikrowelle oder Radio genutzt wird, da dort aber auch in den anderen Räumen die Steckdosen sparsam vorgeseheb wurden bzw. nicht belegt (verbaut) sind. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 4 Personen, aber in der Küche fehlen am Tisch dafür ausreichend Stühle. Preis-Leistung überzeugt, schade nur, dass die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern nur über FeWo-Direkt lief und bei Anreise die Abwicklung nicht klar kommuniziert wurde. Persönlicher Kontakt, wenn man schon in der Nähe wohnt wäre angenehm gewesen.

Entspannender Urlaub

Der Urlaub in Neßmersiel war sehr schön. Die Ferienwohung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, nur 2km vom Meer entfernt. Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung, wo man alles kaufen kann was man zusätzlich braucht. Die Ferienwohnung ist ebenfalls mit allem eingerichtet, was man für den Urlaub braucht, es fehlte an nichts! Das einzige, was etwas schade war, war, dass wir die Vermieter nicht persönlich getroffen haben und die Kommunikation, das Ein- und Auschecken nur per Telefon und SMS, aber nicht persönlich abgelaufen ist, ansosten top Urlaub, Lage, Umgebung und sehr nette Menschen!

Eine prima FeWo, alles da was man braucht, sehr sauber und freundlicher Empfang. Gemütliche Wohnung. Mit Kindern läuft man zum Stand allerdings etwas länger, als gedacht.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage

Schöne Ferienwohnung für bis zu 4 Personen. Toll gelegen am Feldrand von Neßmersiel mit freiem Blick aufs Feld. Alles da, was man so braucht. Bäcker und Strand in Laufnähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Woche an der Nordsee.

Nordsee in Neßmersiel bei Familie Buss Ferienwohnung

Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit & stets freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung war mehr als sauber & ordentlich. Man hat Alles dort, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Nur eins habe ich vermisst Gagen an den Fenstern um Fliegen & Mücken fernzuhalten bzw eine Fliegenklatsche . Schöne kleine Wiese hinter dem Haus mit Grillecke. Ideal für Kinder zum Toben. Mein schlussfazit wir kommen wieder !!! Ein sehr gepflegtes Ambiente

Gerne wieder

Man muss wissen, das Wohnung 1 und Wohnung 2 in der 1. Etage zu finden sind, das konnte man aus der Beschreibung nicht ganz klar entziffern. Trotzdem habe ich mich in der Wohnung wohl und fast wie zuhause gefühlt. In dieser Ecke des Dorfes wo die Ferienwohnungen zu finden sind, gibt es Internetempfang und Handyempfang was in der Dorfmitte nicht vorhanden ist, klarer Vorteil. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und es hat an nichts gefehlt, es war alles da, was man als Urlauber brauchte. Einziges "Negatives", es gibt keine Spülmaschine. Ansonsten war die Kommunikation gut, wenn man fragen hatte wurden diese sofort beantwortet auch telefonisch war alles super. Check in und Check out waren einfach. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. :)

Schöner Kurzurlaub an der See

Die Ferienwohnung war super ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt und alles war sehr sauber. Einen dicken Minuspunkt gibt es aber! Leider hatte man in den Betten keinen erholsamen Schlaf.
