Enjoy our cozy, newly renovated apartment on approx. 50 sqm living space with new laminate floor,

> Large living room with seating area, flat screen TV, radio and CD player.
> Kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee and Senseo machine.
> Dining area (high chair available), at the window with a wonderful view of the meal bus.
> 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and mobile children's travel bed, the other with 140 cm wide futon bed. Suitable for 4 persons + toddler in the travel cot bed, which stands in the parents' room.
> Bathroom with shower and toilet, next to a storage room,
> Parking space in the inner courtyard available ,
> Shared washing machine and dryer for a small fee,
> On the ground floor of the holiday complex there is a café, bicycle rental and physiotherapy

Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, sogar Handseife, Spülschwamm und Spülmittel waren vorhanden. Sehr gut - bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als einer Woche und mit Kindern - war der vorhandene Staubsauger und auch die Möglichkeit im Keller Wäsche zu waschen. Das dortige Aufhängen der Wäsche war leider aufgrund des nicht zu öffnenden Fensters und dortigen Geruchs nicht möglich, alternativ war das aber in der Ferienwohnung machbar. Die Matratzen waren recht hart, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung der Wohnung. Die Küche hatte alles da, was man so benötigt. Auch ein Waffeleisen und Senseo Kaffepad Maschine. Sofa und Betten waren sehr bequem. Und genügend Bettdecken wären auch vorhanden, falls es doch mal sehr kalt werden sollte. Für die Kinder waren sogar Malstifte und Spiele da. Alles perfekt!

Das Wetter war in der ersten Woche leider Sehr schlecht, aber da die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und sauber ist, haben wir uns gerne auch dort aufgehalten. In der 2.Woche war das Wetter dann viel besser. Alles in allem war es gut und wir haben uns gut erholt.

Das Badezimmer riecht nach Rauch

Die Wohnung ist schön renoviert und liegt mitten im Ort. Leider riecht es im Badezimmer nach Zigarettenrauch. Für Nichtraucher, die wegen der guten Luft in den Ort fahren, ist die Wohnung aus meiner Sicht deswegen leider nicht geeignet. Dem Besitzer ist das Problem bekannt. Von einer Kennzeichnung als Raucherwohnung / einer Beschreibung, dass es zu diesem Problem kommen kann (ggf. durch den Belüftungsschacht), hat er leider abgesehen.

Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber - ruhiges kleines Örtchen - schöne, saubere Wohnung - gute Ausstattung (Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher), chices Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche - ohne Auto wäre man in der Region etwas aufgeschmissen, aber das weiß man ja - schöne Minigolf-Anlage im Ort mit angeschlossenem Restaurant - alles in allem das was wir uns vorgestellt hatten, ein paar ruhige Tage an der See

Sehr schöne und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet und der Strand fußläufig super erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
