Relax and unwind or explore downtown Indianapolis in our newly renovated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom luxurious & cozy retreat! Sleeping arrangements for 6 make this the place to share with friends or family. Plenty of space for hanging out and relaxing. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, you have a living room and kitchen downstairs, with the family room & extra study/chill room if you need to work with high speed WiFi. There are large flat screen smart TVs in the family room and master bedroom with access to Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN & ESPN Plus or log into your favorites streaming services like Netflix and the like!

Fully stocked, comfy house

The house is comfortable for our family of four to stay in. My 17+ years old kids each has a room of his/her own upstairs so they can have privacy. My husband and I stayed downstairs. We did not need to buy _anything_ for our stay, unlike our previous stays in other places. Location is very short drive to downtown. Restaurants and coffee places is less than 10 minutes drive away.

Came to Indy for my grandsons wedding held at Industry.

The house was just as advertised. It met our expectations. We did think someone had been smoking, opened all the windows and aired out the house. I’m sorry, but the house was a little dangerous for us. The stairs was narrow and steep. We are all senior citizens, so the stairs were hard for us. We are 3 sisters, one brother-in-law, and a 14 yr.old small dog. People 50 and under will do well there.

Pleased

I came to Indianapolis for my Sorority's 56th National Convention. The location was close to the Convention Center and Lucas Stadium where most of our events took place. The home was exactly as pictured. There was plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The refrigerator was spotless. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. The curb appeal is not great but no one bothered us or made us feel uncomfortable. Communicating with the host was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The inside of the property was as advertised . The outside looked like the pictures. With the exception of the yard front and back were full of weeds.

Great location

We rented this property for an event at the Lucas Oil stadium. This location was perfect - close enough to walk to the stadium. The neighborhood is older but felt safe and family friendly. We would stay here again in Indianapolis.
