Relax & Enjoy the Great Lake Views from this Charming Home located between Parker & Lake Havasu. Enjoy the Lake and the River! This home is located in the Hillcrest Bay Community just minutes from the water and close to Havasu Springs Resort. Plenty of room to park a boat or RV including clean out and 200 amp box. This is a perfect place if you love to paddle board or Kayak. Havasu Springs is just minutes away and has entertainment a bar and dining. It also has boat slips if you have a boat. Note: January - March we only accept full calendar month rentals (no mid-month rentals).
