Fantastic stay in Chianni

Gorgeous property, clean and tastefully decorated. Good sized rooms and lounge/dining area where we could meet as a family. Additional small property was Ideal for the grandparents to have their own space.

Peaceful, Serene and Centrally located.

What a wonderful property. We enjoyed our stay here. We bought local food and cooked it in the well appointed kitchen. We used this as a jumping off place to visit Lucca and Cinque Terre and we so happy to return to the quiet serenity. What a gift this house was for us.

We stayed for a week in July 2017. The property had been immaculately cleaned before our arrival,including the pool. We were received one hour early, and got a very friendly and infomative welcome, with prepared response to all our questions sendt by mail before arriving. The rest of the week passed by without any events related to the property worth mentioning. A power outage by the power company of a few hours can hardly be blamed on the landlord. All our requests were handled immediately by the local caretaker. We are 3 couples that has spent som our vacation together several places in Europe. This property gets our highest score. Spacious room and bathrooms, well equipped, and a with large and very fresh pool. The only issue to point a finger at was the somewhat slow wireless internet connection. This might be due to the stone walls in the building. But good enough for vacation purposes.

The property and location are exquisite, especially if your goal is to get away. The villa appeared very clean and everything worked fine.But there are some serious issues.First, the listing in vrbo.com . It's listed as being 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There were not 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms at our disposal, as I will explain later. Essentially, it's a villa with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, and on the property by the pool is a poolhouse which has its own bedroom and bathroom. We are a family of four, so that was disappointing. Also, the listing states that there is a hot tub. But the fact is there is no hot tub on the property included. The problem was that when we arrived tired and In pouring rain upon finding the villa at the gate, and drove our car inside. I had my family wait in the car with all of our luggage, and I tried the key to the villa and it did not work. So I tried the poolhouse with one bedroom and the key opened the door. Then I got my family inside with luggage as we discovered this only place to settle down as it was getting dark was all a mess. The bed's headboard was removed, there was furniture strewn about. My wife stated this couldn't be right, because there was only one bed and one bath. I tried opening the main villa again to no avail. We contacted the owner, but a man appeared about 30 minutes later as we tried to decide where to sleep, and as my kids cried, the gardener appeared and apologized and let us in the villa. Not a good start at all.

Der erste Eindruck, den man vom Objekt hat, wenn man auf dem Hof fährt ist einfach nur "WOW". Der Eindruck setzt sich im Haupthaus fort. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unten befindet sich die komplett ausgestattete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Oben befindet sich die Galerie, ein Schlafzimmer ind ein Bad. Die Räume sind alle angemessen groß. Die Betten haben eine normale Größe und sind bequem. Wir hatten das kleinere Nebengebäude ebenfalls angemietet. Hier befindet sich ebenfalls eine Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Alles ist top eingerichtet, leider riecht ist sehr muffig/moderig im Nebengebäude. Neben an befindet sich ein Fussballplatz. Hier ist fast jeden Abend was los, aber die Lautstärke hält sich in Grenzen. Das Dorf ist fußläufig nach ca. 20 Minuten bergauf zu erreichen. Am Ortsausgang befindet sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit angenehmen Preisen. Am Pool hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne, wenn sie scheint. Wir haben hier jedenfalls eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht.

Een heel mooi huis op een geweldige locatie. Mooie uitval basis om naar Pisa , Florence en livorno te gaan. Heel aardige tuinman die ook zwembad bijhoudt etc. Helaas was de airco defect in de slaapkamer wat ‘s nachts niet fijn was en het repareren lukte niet tijdens ons verblijf. Communicatie hierover verliep stroef met eigenares helaas.

Schönes Objekt für Schönwetter

Es war ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit wunderschönem Blick auf den naheliegenden Ort!Das Haus ist jedoch nur bedingt gemütlich, wenn das Wetter kühl ist. Es war keine Heizung (defekte Klimaanlage - keine Heizmöglichkeit), die Räume (wohl vorsaisonbedingt) klamm und es roch modrig. Auf unsere Anliegen (zb Wasserlosigkeit) wurde sehr rasch reagiert.Sehr ruhige Lage. Angrenzender Fussballplatz stört nicht.

Immer wieder großartig!

Wir waren zum 3. Mal in diesem außergewöhnlichen Objekt und haben wieder wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Schade, dass es nur 8 Tage waren, aber die Intensität der Tage mit Radfahren, Pool genießen und schön essen gehen lassen den Urlaub länger erscheinen und wir haben uns bestens erholt. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Moments inoubliables à Chianni

J'ai récemment eu le plaisir de séjourner dans une magnifique maison de vacances à Chianni, en Toscane, et je suis ravi de partager mon expérience élogieuse. Cette superbe maison, idéalement située à seulement quelques pas du village de Chianni, offre un confort complet et une multitude d'équipements qui ont rendu mon séjour tout simplement parfait. La maison, dotée de deux chambres à coucher, est spacieuse, soigneusement aménagée et extrêmement bien équipée. J'ai été impressionné par le souci du détail apporté à la décoration, ainsi que par les installations modernes qui ont contribué à rendre mon séjour des plus agréables. Chaque besoin a été anticipé, et j'ai apprécié le confort et la commodité offerts par cette maison exceptionnelle. L'un des points forts de cette propriété est sans aucun doute la magnifique piscine offrant une vue imprenable sur le village de Chianni. Pendant mon séjour, j'ai passé des moments de pur bonheur en me relaxant près de la piscine, tout en admirant la vue panoramique sur le village pittoresque. Il est difficile de trouver un endroit plus agréable pour se détendre et se ressourcer. De plus, la situation géographique de la maison est un véritable atout. Elle se trouve stratégiquement entre Pise, Florence, Sienne et San Gimignano, permettant ainsi des excursions faciles et rapides vers ces destinations emblématiques de la Toscane. Der perfekte Ort zum Abschalten

Wir haben in diesem Jahr zum zweiten (und auch wahrscheinlich nicht zum letzten) Mal unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus und das Anwesen sind sehr gepflegt und hochwertig ausgestattet, es gibt nichts, was wir vermisst haben. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut. Nahezu täglich schaut jemand nach dem Rechten und kümmert sich um den Pool. Nachdem wir auf die defekten Außenlampen auf der Terrasse aufmerksam gemacht haben, wurden diese innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert. Besonders gut gefällt uns die Lage des Ferienhauses. Es liegt sehr ruhig, ein wenig außerhalb von Chianni (Restaurants etc. sind aber fußläufig erreichbar), so dass man auf einem nahezu uneinsehbaren Grundstück gut am Pool entspannen kann. Von der oberen Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf Chianni, den wir jeden Morgen beim gemütlichen Frühstück sehr genossen haben. Von Chianni aus sind einige sehenswerte Städte mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir haben von dort aus z.B. Ausflüge nach Pisa, Volterra, Florenz, Siena, San Gimignano oder Lucca gemacht. Das Haus bietet demnach die optimale Möglichkeit, den Urlaub individuell und abwechslungsreich zu gestalten, je nachdem ob man lieber am Pool entspannt oder sich die wunderschöne Gegend in der Toskana anschauen möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacanza a Chianni (Toscana)

La nostra vacanza è stata piacevole e rilassante. Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati c'è stato un inconveniente con le chiavi, siamo rimasti fuori per circa un oretta,la signora Claudia non ha mai risposto alle nostre chiamate e messaggi, ho dovuto chiamare il centro assistenza VRBO che si è mobilato immediatamente per aiutarci,ma ahimè neanche loro sono riusciti a farci entrare. Dopodiché ci siamo rivolti ai nostri vicini di casa che si sono mobilitati recuperando le chiavi d'ingresso. Da li è iniziata la nostra meravigliosa vacanza!!

Die Lage des Anwesens ist optimal. Von dort aus sind einige Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar. Das Grundstück selbst ist sehr ruhig gelegen, so dass man dort sehr gut am Pool entspannen kann. Das Haus selbst ist sehr liebevoll und detailreich eingerichtet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist optimal, es fehlt an nichts. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar.
