About this property

Villa with high comfort with pool near the sea, dish & washing maschine,

This large family cottage is situated in wonderful surroundings only 5 km from Cecina and 5 km from the seaside. It is surrounded by olive trees and fruit-bearing trees. The property has a private entrance and private parking space. 100 m² of space are available for our guests and it is perfect for a family with 2 or 3 children. It contains a large living room with sofa, dining area with open fire place. There is a well - furnished kitchen with fridge, freezer, dish washer, oven and a gas fired stove. The bedrooms make up the sleeping area with one room with double bed, and a huge bedroom with single bed and double bed.The bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet and bidet. There is an other room with a huge wardrobe. The entire house is furnished in a very appealing Tuscan style. A SAT-TV is also provided as well as a washing machine and WiFi. The central heating will also allow visits in spring and autumn. The large garden with garden furniture, 2 covered terraces and a BBQ is ideal for relaxing and for children to play. The highlight is the new pool, 9x4 m.

Check-In war eher nüchtern. Zum Start war nicht einmal eine angefangene W'-Rolle da, Handseife fehlte, ebenfalls ein Küchelappen und sonst Dinge, die wir bei einer Hausmiete normalerweise immer vorfinden. Statt Wein oder Früchten gab's eine Flasche Wasser als Willkommensgeschenk. Schade, hier wäre mit wenig Geld ein herzlicher es Willkommen möglich...Küche Ausstattung war eher mager, dafür der Induktionsherd top. Grill ist nur Holzvariante da und ohne Grillrost.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Ein schönes und großes Ferienhaus. Es hat einen großen Garten, einen tollen Pool und einen Carport. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Privatsphäre sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief reibungslos, schnell und sehr freundlich.

Leider ist die Nachbarschaft des Hauses extrem laut. Hundegebell Tag und Nacht sowie Bauarbeiten am Nachbarhaus, welches demselben Eigentümer (!) gehört haben z.T. extrem gestört. Der Besitzer war an Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten und die Bauarbeiten inklusive Bagger und Steinscheifmaschine waren einfach nur unverschämt. Leider nie wieder.

De vakantiewoning is toe aan een kleine opknapbeurt.

Zeer slechte staat van de bedden in beide kamers. Geen parasol bij het zwembad. Onvoldoende glazen. Gasvuur werkte niet naar behoren. Strandbedden aan het zwembad zijn verouderd.

Perfekter Ausgangsort um die Toskana zu erkunden

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich super. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand bzw. kann man gut viele sehenswerte Städte und Regionen erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und hat großzügig Platz für 4 Personen, sodass man auch gut einen kompletten Tag auf dem Grundstück verbringen kann. Wir haben uns schnell sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Auch der Kontakt zur Agentur ist hervorzuheben. Lisa und Daniela waren sehr hilfsbereit und der Checkin als auch der Checkout verliefen sehr unkompliziert. Es gab zudem nach der Buchung direkt einen Zugang zu vielen hilfreichen Informationen und Tipps zu Ausflügen und Lokalen.

Great outdoor space

Wonderful outdoor space which we used all the time. Pool was fab with slightly shallower section all around the edges and deeper in the middle. Still a bit too deep even round the edges for our 5 year old but both kids had a great time in the pool. Nice areas to relax around the pool and on the covered terrace and plenty of outdoor space to play garden games. The garden is very well kept and there are even fresh herbs that you can use in your cooking! We were sent information after we'd booked which was really helpful but there were some things in there that should have been mentioned in the listing. Air con is paid for separately per week if you wish to use it. There are no towels included but you can pay extra to rent these if you wish. It would've been nice if a full toilet roll had been included and some basics like handwash and washing up liquid and cloth. There is a building site next door but the owner only came to work on it a couple of times during our stay so it didn't bother us. It was quite tricky to find so we appreciated being shown to the property. Once you were there it was a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. All in all we had a very relaxing holiday.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage

Es ist ein „kleines“ Paradies Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer, der auch hilfsbereit ist, wenn Fragen zur Umgebung oder für den Einkauf anstehen. Ebenfalls sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Daniela ist unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Perfekt für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad. Ruhig gelegen und sauberer Pool auf einem nicht kleinen Landstück. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen.

Totale Ferien relax (mit tollem Pool)

Villa perfekt, alles vorhanden. Mückennetz, Pool, was will man noch mehr. Einrichtung mehr als stilvoll. Meer und diverse Restaurant's (toscanisch) in der Nähe. Eigentümer sehr diskret und sehr hilfsbereit. Tolle Ausflugsziele in der Nähe.

Herrliches Feriendomizil inmitten von Olivenhainen

Ein wirklich wunderschönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit tollem Pool, abseits vom Trubel, aber dennoch zentral und nah am Meer gelegen. Wer relaxen will und trotzdem etwas von der Toskana sehen möchte ist hier absolut richtig.
