Welcome to "AR SKOL", a charming duplex located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a fully renovated former school, offering a magnificent view of the ocean and the Four lighthouse.
The Space:
On the first floor, you will find a comfortable room with twin beds of 90x200 that can also be converted into a double bed of 180x200, as well as an adjoining shower room. This room is complemented by a magnificent master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), its own shower room and a balcony with an ocean view. There are also separate toilets on this floor.
On the upper floor, a spacious and bright living room with an open kitchen invites you to convivial moments. From the living room, you have direct access to the large terrace which offers an unobstructed view of the ocean. At this level, you will also find an additional bedroom with twin beds of 90x200 which can also be transformed into a double bed of 180x200. This room also has an adjoining shower room. Separate toilets complete this floor.
The apartment is fully equipped, bright and tastefully decorated. Sea views are numerous and will make your holiday unforgettable! The GR 34 hiking trail passes right in front of the residence, and all amenities are easily accessible from the apartment (supermarket and bakery). A beautiful sandy beach is located less than 400 metres from the apartment. The apartment also has a lift serving the 2 levels of the duplex.
The little extras you won't find elsewhere? A final clean is included, and bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the accommodation works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!
The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
This apartment is managed by Hestia Conciergerie, to guarantee you a unique and unforgettable traveller experience. Absolutely loved our stay ! The unit was perfect for a family, views of the water were glorious from the balcony , and we had a great time exploring the area- easy to get to it all. We'll be back!

Idéal pour les vacances et le travail de bureau
L'appartement était en parfait état et le mobilier était agréable. Nous avons eu de la chance avec la météo.
Il y a eu quelques problèmes car il n'était pas clair quelle place de parking appartenait à l'appartement.

Nous vous remercions pour votre avis ! En effet tout le monde ne respecte pas les numéros de place de parking et nous sommes désolé pour cela. Etant donné que nous gérons plusieurs appartements dans l'immeuble, nous avons ainsi pu vous permettre de stationner sur une autre place.

L'appartement est idéalement situé et très bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Sébastien nous a aidés rapidement et efficacement lorsque nous avions des questions, merci beaucoup. Nous avons vraiement apprécié notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Lorsque le soleil brille aussi intensément que lors de notre semaine début avril, il serait agréable de pouvoir installer une protection solaire sur les grandes fenêtres du salon et sur la terrasse.
