Our stay was veey pleasant & we would recommend it to anyone that wants a peaceful stay. There's also a lot to do nearby and the hosts were very knowledgeable. The dining they recommended was very good as well.
We had a relaxing time this weekend. Perfect tranquility to reconnect in such a beautiful environment(down to the smallest details🙂)
Thank you for everything!
The house was perfect for our stay! Location was good. We visited New Hope, took a train ride, went to Peddlers Village, ate out! Great getaway. Laura was a perfect host. We had our privacy for sure! The house was adorable. The bed was a little form for our taste but didn’t hinder our experience. Loved it!!!
Stayed overnight at this property for a recent trip to Doylestown. Property is beautifully kept, matches listing exactly. Our hosts were lovely - very communicative and respectful of our space (the room is connected to the larger home, but latched doors provide separation and privacy if wanted). My only note is that the stairs up to the bedroom are steep. We had no issue at all navigating, but please keep in mind if you have any mobility concerns. Would definitely stay here again!
Chose this vrbo because of both the location and the previous reviews. Laura responded to my questions immediately and gave me the overview upon arrival. Stairs can be challenging if you have mobility issues, but other than that...it was so easy. Individual temp and light controls, full kitchen access, some welcome snacks, menus for local restaurants. Upstairs bedroom plenty of room, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water for shower. Easy to contact owners if I needed anything else...but they already took care of what I needed! Thank you for making my 1st solo VRBO experience such a positive one.

I had no idea that it would be a space where an entire family was living. My b partner and I couldn’t bbq the food we brought and there was NO tv. Or a private door. I woke up worried that I would wake the children and dogs. It was literally in a 2989s cul de sac and we couldn’t really enjoy ourselves.
This 1790 farmhouse has been lovingly restored and updated, and the hosts were very welcoming. Unfortunately the bedroom is on the second floor accessed by a narrow winding staircase with small steps and no railing. My wife and I are seniors. While we had booked for three nights we left after the first night.
This was exactly what I was looking for - a quiet place to spend the weekend. The upstairs private room is off the shared kitchen, with plenty of space, and a private bath. Laura and Richard were great hosts.
