The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location by the water. This holiday property is a historical and romantic accommodation.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 4 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 110 sqm and can accommodate up to 9 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. Heating with radiators throughout the house The entrance is ground level and leads over an internal stair and a 6 sqm terrace directly in the porch with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Wind trap in the hallway 8 sqm, not heatable. Separate toilet 3 sqm, not heatable and with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Living room 25 sqm and with lounge, dinette, TV, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 9 persons. You have access to the 4 sqm terrace. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 6 sqm and with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (230 l, freezer), microwave, electric water boiler and washing machine. You have access to the terrace.
2nd floor: Bedroom 10 sqm and with 2 single beds and (appropriate under 2 years). Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m). Bathroom 4 sqm and with bathtub with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
3rd floor: Bedroom 20 sqm and with 3 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.


Location
Marano Lagunare, 1 m above sea level. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house overlooks the large square beneath the thousand-year-old tower (pedestrian area). The house is located on the large square 100 metres from the millennial tower; in a pedestrian zone. Access is via a side street. Parking on the street in front of the house and in a car park in the town (distance 100 m).

Central heating (gas). Heating with radiators throughout the house. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
