Great location and view but disappointing

House was in a great location and great view of Nashville. Disappointed on the cleanliness of the house along with trying to get ahold of the manager before checking in. Definitely used and abused place. No kitchen towels to do dishes, beds uncomfortable and only a little supply of paper products. House worked great but needs maintained better.

The location is great. The property itself is super cool and I’m sure when it was fresh and new it was outstanding. It was just over all dirty and needing some long overdue maintenance and deep clean. I’m sure it would be a great party house but not really great for a family to go to. It smelled like smoke. The bed was broken. The window was boarded up. The level 2 toilet looks like it needs a deep scrub. The kitchen sink had food stuck to it and needs a scrub. All of the smoke detectors were open where the battery needs to be replaced. Remotes were missing batteries. Bathroom faucets were super loose. The living room furniture is very stained. Kitchen stools are loose. The living room rug is very stained. The front porch has trash all over it. The roof top slider doesn’t lock. The dryer was packed full of linens that most likely should have been 2 plus loads. Some of the gas eyes on the stove top do not work. The curtains were jack up. All of the floors were super dirty our socks were black from walking around. It is a huge place and I’m sure overwhelming to clean but there is quite a hefty price to cover that. Please give the condo some love. It is such a cool place. We had such high hopes but it was very underwhelming.

Great location but very smoking and dirty

We love the rooftop view and location was great. House was not cleaned well before we got there. You could tell that someone had smoke in house before and we took off our shoes at door and our feet were black with the first hour

Bachelorette party

Amazing townhome right outside of downtown Nash we had an amazing time! Allen answered any questions I had immediately! I will stay here again next time I’m in Nashville!

Awesome Views!

Great homebase for our Nashville trip. The 4th floor was awesome for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Allen was a VERY responsive host. Highly recommend.

Bachelorette Fun!

The property is super cute and the rooftop view is amazing! Great spot for a big group we had a wonderful time! The host was super fast responding when we couldn't find the air mattress and brought another over in 30 minutes. Super host had a great time!
