As soon as you arrive, you will be spoiled by the close proximity to the beach, as the shared pool area with a kiddie pool overlooks the water to give you a perfect place to tan, take a quick dip, or read a book with a cold drink in hand. Don't worry about wanting to keep up with your workout routine either, as the shared fitness facility has you covered! Inside, the fun won't stop with free WiFi, a bright living area to watch a favorite show on the TV, and a well-equipped kitchen to whip up tasty meals with ease. Not to mention, the dining area can accommodate the whole gang for game night, or you can head out to the private patio to watch the last light of day disappear. Regardless of how you use your time away, you are guaranteed to find peace and serenity at this adorable condo.

THINGS TO KNOW
Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
