About this property

Welcome to Mainsail unit 481. We are conveniently located in Building 4 at Mainsail. We are the top floor Penthouse unit, and also the closest to the beach, and have 2 elevators close to the front door. Enjoy the amazing Gulf views from the nice sized balcony/patio area just off of the living room. Mainsail has done a complete exterior remodel on all the buildings and common areas, its now a showpiece. Tucked off of the main roads, and makes for a very quiet and secluded beach area. But its still extremely close to shopping, dining, golfing, etc.

Beach Vacation

Right on the beach❤️🌊⛱️Balcony ocean views. Enjoyed the beach chairs. The whole place needs to be renovated. I get being a rental and having people ruin your property slowly. It’s time to renovate, the kitchen is done.

Mainsail is always great

We have stayed at this condo many times. It is nicely furnished and had everything we needed during our stay. The top floor balcony view was awesome. The only issue during our stay ( is not related to the condo) was that 4 of the 5 grills weren’t working, and all 5 are in need of a serious upgrade. The complex has everything you could want during your vacay and is close to lots of great restaurants.
