You will have a private terrace of 30m2 and shared access to the garden and the swimming pool.

In order to make the most of the mildness of the south, you can stroll, read a good book in the shade of one of the trees in the garden before cooling off in the pool and enjoying a barbecue.

For the more sporty, we can show you some mountain bike rides from the house. a bedroom with double bed and cupboard, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet., a living-dining room with three-seater sofa convertible for 2 people, a lounge chair for 1 person and a dining table with chairs for 6 people.
You also have a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator.
You will be 5 minutes walk from local shops and 30 minutes by car from the beaches, creeks and city centre of Marseille.
