Welcome to Blue Sky where cabin charm, luxury AND convenience unite! Our newly built 4 BDRM/3.5 BATH luxury lodge (sleeps 12) is located only 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg! Enjoy your evenings relaxing by the outdoor firepit, soaking in the private hot tub or taking in the gorgeous mountain views. With 3 separate living spaces, our lodge was designed for entertainment! Enjoy movies in theater seating, a game of pool, arcade gaming and foosball. Private parking too!

My family and i stayed here for my sons birthday. It was beautiful inside and out. The host are amazing and extremely helpful. My family and i would definitely consider staying with them again

Excellent Stay!

The property was beautiful and very well maintained, it was stocked with things I didn’t even realize I needed ! Convenient location to all of the attractions in Gatlinburg and a short distance to a beautiful park to exercise in. We will definitely be staying again !

Perfect getaway

This cabin is just minutes from everything. we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. It accommodated our 3 families really well. Had everything we needed for a great home cooked meal together.

Just what we needed

This cabin was located close to everything we wanted to do plus keep us in such a beautiful place we enjoyed the game room and hot tub grilling out and the fire pit all were plus. We will visit again.

Lovely cabin

We stayed a week in this cabin at end of June. Overall we were happy with our stay. The property manager was very quick to respond when an issue came up. Highly recommend!!!

Family Vacation

This cabin was very clean and spacious; perfect for the 10 of us. The grandkids enjoyed having their own space downstairs. Everyone enjoyed the games too. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Everything as advertised!

Very nice cabin, in a great location close to downtown Gatlinburg. We traveled with friends, so the separate living areas was a nice bonus for a little bit of privacy. The host Justin is very responsive and made sure that we had everything that we needed.

Great Location with plenty of room

Great location. Close to anywhere you would need to go. Had plenty of room for our family of 9. Cabin was clean. Has everything you need for a great stay. We played games at the big kitchen table every night. Would stay here again. Communication with the host was excellent.

Perfect stay

This cabin was perfect for our group. We had some families together in town for a soccer tournament and we were perfectly comfortable here. And the proximity to rocky top sports complex was incredible. Everything we needed was close and the area was beautiful. Justin was great at communicating everything. I especially loved that they had a high chair available for small ones. Would definitely stay here again!

Had everything beautiful well maintained cabin. kids didnt want to leave with all the games. My daughteers loved the hot tub. The men loved the movie theater. and I loved EVERTHING. Gorgeous CABIN

Ten Stars! Great house, great location.

4 adults and 5 kids for a long weekend in gatlinburg. House had everything we needed. Game tables for kids, big TVs, big kitchen and gathering area. Large bedrooms with nice bathrooms. VERY CLEAN. Awesome location 10 minutes outside of gatlinburg in a quiet neighborhood that made you feel like you were secluded in the mountains. Fire pit and hot tub! Host communicated right after booking and then again day before, day of and each day of stay. Great host! We had a blast and I am trying to find a weekend to go back.

Our first and BEST cabin experience

Wow, we were completely overwhelmed by the beauty of this property. There was adequate parking for both families and even visitors. The cabin was clean and had all amenities as described. Great property with lots of activities for kiddos, and also includes enough separate living areas so you can easily have privacy when needed. All appliances are modem and work better than the ones at my own house. Plenty of kitchenware and even a corkscrew for when you ended up purchasing a few cases of wine! Every question had an answer by the owner immediately and the service was absolutely impeccable. Location is great for easily accessing Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We cannot wait to book at this cabin again!

The cabin was Perfect for our Family!! We had 6 adults and 5 kids between 12 & 4. The kids Lived in the downstairs & bunk room!! The adults had a room & bathroom for Each couple… Very Clean and kitchen was well Equipped. Had a few issues with figuring out TV and Hot tub( there are instructions on it) As Senior Citizens we aren’t very savvy in the Electronics of today. Once our young family members got there they figured it All out and we were able to watch college football on Saturday! We will Hopefully be back!

Beautiful

Overall the place was beautiful and very well furnished. Our only issue was the heat/air unit had froze over & wouldn't run. It was chilly @night. Had the gas fireplace but after using it too long the carbon monoxide alarms went off. Had a tech come check the unit. He said the problem was 3 thermostats (1 on each floor) for 1 unit. They all have to be set the same or the unit quit or would freeze over. We had 2 nights that we didn't get much sleep. Either getting up to turn on the fireplace or airing out the house bc carbon monoxide alarms going off. If this had been fixed this house would've been great. Host was very attentive.

Amazing

This cabin is amazing! 3 floors and every single floor is exceptional. The kitchen floor is very clean and the kitchen is spacious. The living room is beautiful. The wifi password was easy to find on the refrigerator. The wifi works great and was fast with 11 people using it. However, in the basement the WiFi was a little slow but still great! All the beds were clean and looked brand new. All the mattresses are comfortable and not lumpy. Two chairs in the movie theater were a little uncomfortable, but as we never used the movie theater, it was fine. 😊. The only main complaint I have is the road to drive to the cabin. It could only fit one car and it was steep. It is about 17 minutes away from Gatlinburg and the Space needle. Overall, I recommend this beautiful cabin!

This place was really great. There were a few little insects that I’m hoping we didn’t bring back with us, but overall the place is really great and the location was AWESOME!!!! We would stay again if the owner would have us.
