Great location, nice size rooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Enjoyed the gas firepit and hot tub. It's convenient to everything you'll want to do in Gatlinburg. Level parking!!
We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin had plenty of space for everyone to spread out, so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The hot tub was perfectly warm and relaxing, such a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Our favorite part was the beautiful view of the stream from the deck, it made for the most peaceful mornings and evenings. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We’d definitely stay here again!
It was a great experience with my family. Stayed during the week of the 4th of July. It was close enough to the Gatlinburg Strip but also quiet and tucked away in the woods. We even saw a bear here twice.
The location of the place is perfect! Didn’t have to drive to downtown gatlinburg and the walk was no more than 15 minutes. Great atmosphere and perfect for a chill/fun get away!
Just out of the main road, easy to drive to downtown. The house was a great size and the bedrooms were split on the levels. Great trip - would stay here again!
The property is awesome and our family enjoyed taking advantage of the hot tub, firepit and decks throughout our stay. We were there to celebrate our Dad's 85th Birthday and the owners surprised us with a nice cookie cake for him. Would love to stay here again, and definitely recommend.
The House was outstanding, great location easy (within walking distance) to all attractions within Gatlinburg. Wildlife abounds throughout the area. Numerous walking trails minutes away within the Great Smokey Mountain National Forest. Would recommend staying here anytime of the year.
We met some friends here in the Smokies to spend some time together and this house offered excellent accommodations. The two separate bedroom areas (3rd & 4th floors) allowed for sufficient privacy, while the second floor—kitchen, dining and gathering room —gave us space to be together as well.
We were pretty happy about our stay,
If you have a party of 12 as we had, you will need to take extra towels and washcloths. with 6 adults and 2 teens it was a struggle lol
There is a wash/dryer and that did help.
The bedrooms are great. Comfy beds
Kitchen area is great too, coffee pot and plenty of pots/pans. lots of dishes but we use paper to cut down on cleaning.
Kids had plenty of room to run around and play on all 3 floors.
Nice TV's in each room.
Very beautiful house that had everything we needed
We had a great time and was walkable if you didn’t mind a lil hike. There were little things wrong, like a broken towel rack and a dirty sock in the pullout bed. But was pretty clean besides little issues. The hot tub was nice and hot and the fire pit was really breathtaking with the stream next to it and it worked great! Check in was very easy. I would only recommend underneath putting a fireplace or retractable walls that can be put down to keep it warm. :)
Pros: This house was great and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Poker table, video game, hot tub and firepit were nice added amenities that enhanced our stay. The location of the home was perfect as it was close enough to downtown Gatlinburg so drive time was minimal, but far enough away to not hear the liveliness of downtown Gatlinburg. Host was very responsive in communication.Cons: Well, there are only a few. Because it is a rental, and people do not treat it like they would their own home, it needs a little TLC. Huge stain on the cream ottoman, pillows are terribly flat and uncomfortable, and there is mold and water damaged trim in the 2nd floor bathroom that needs treated and repaired.Even though I listed the cons (mainly to make the host aware of what could improve the stay) it would not prevent me from staying here again. I highly recommend this property.
Great property at a very convenient location. We loved being up in the mountains even though we were still within a few blocks walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. Our family enjoyed having bedrooms on different floors since it made for a little more privacy for everyone. The hot tub is a great option, although the weather was plenty warm anyway. We very much enjoyed our stay.
We loved this cabin! We had a group of 5 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space! Each family had their own bathroom which helped with getting ready to go out. We loved the fire pit outside. The best part of the cabin for us was the proximity to Gatlinburg! After a long and exhausting day it was nice to be so close and not have to drive up the mountain. It still felt secluded and loved the sounds of the creek that was on property. We even saw a bear in our yard on the last day! I would recommend this cabin to anyone!
My family along with my dad and sisters family enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Easy check in. Home fully furnished with everything a person/family would need. I visit the area about 2x a year and usually rent a cabin. This home didnt disappoint. There was a hot tub, a game, poker game and table with chips and cards, 4 spacious bedrooms with extra blankets and towels in each of the 4 bathrooms. There was also a fire pit with plenty of seating. The location was perfect and just minutes away from the heart of town. We will definitely be booking this home again again!downtoblanketsgaThidnodisappoiny!

Hi, Our names are Dan and Jenna. We were born and raised in East Tennessee and have always loved Gatlinburg and The Smoky Mountains! We have been married for 19 years and have four children. We enjoy traveling and spending time together as a family! Our daughters play volleyball, so we spend most of our afternoons watching them play! We love to go to Gatlinburg and eat at our favorite restaurants and enjoy the beautiful mountains.
We own long term rentals and decided to venture into the short term rental market. After a very short time as hosts, we decided to continue to grow our business in Gatlinburg. We love being hosts and enjoy interacting with our guests. We know as a family with multiple children how important vacations are and strive for all of our guests to have a wonderful experience in Gatlinburg.
Why they chose this property
This is a brand new property that was just finished in October 2022. Everything has been designed with guests in mind from outdoor areas to enjoy the peaceful creek and the inside design. The decor in the house brings photographs from the Smoky Mountains into the home and mixes modern finishes with traditional decor. The open floor plan on the main level allows for large groups to gather and enjoy time together while the upper floors provide 4 bedrooms to spread out and find some privacy. You are away from the lights and noise but less than one mile from the strip and all Gatlinburg has to offer.
What makes this property unique
Enjoy sounds of the creek everywhere on the property. The master suite is an extra large room with a sitting area and poker/card table. Lots of outdoor areas from the firepit, decks, and ground level living area.
