Wohnung alles in Ordnung. Aber die Umgebung ist für Autofahrer eine Katastrophe. Für normale Menschen, also mit Auto, ungeeignet. Ob die Ferienwohnung solch eine hohe Mietgebühr wert ist, muss jeder für sich entscheiden. Bei den Preisen in diesem Ort für uns aber eine einmalige reise.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Es gab Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Spülmittel, Handseife, ausreichend Geschirr für 2 Personen etc.. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und des gesamten Hauses ist liebevoll mit Blick zum Detail. Überall gibt es was spannendes zu entdecken. Alles war picobello sauber. Der Hiterhof ist auch sehr ansprechend und gemütlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Gute Ferienwohnung - alles prima für eine Woche

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für eine Woche Urlaub braucht. Sie liegt in Warnemünde in der dritten Reihe zum Alten Strom, aber zu Fuß ist alles schnell zu erreichen - Alter Strom, Strand, Marktplatz usw. Lustig ist, dass der in einer der früheren Kommentare beschriebene wackelige Wasserhahn in der Spüle immer noch wackelt. Entweder werden diese Kommentare nicht gelesen oder halt ignoriert? Ein Ausfall des zentralen WLAN Routers wurde nach der Meldung an die Ansprechpartnerin der Agentur sehr engagiert gelöst - das war super!

Schöne Lage des Objektes

Das Wetter war perfekt, das sind dann schon einmal 50 % des Urlaubs gesichert. Die Unterkunft selber liegt sehr schön zentral, der Wohn-Schlafraum liegt zum Hinterhof, damit sehr ruhig. Die Glocken läuteten jede 30 min. auch nachts, das war für mich extrem störend. Das eine Fenster, das es im Wohn-Schlafraum gibt darf man nur kippen. Wenn es nachts warm ist möchte ich ein Fenster groß öffnen, 1 Punkt Abzug. Die Küchenarmatur muß repariert werden, haben wir dem Eigentümer mitgeteilt. Das Radioprogramm im TV lässt Ortssender nicht zu. Da ist etwas defekt oder ??? Die Beschreibung widerspricht sich hinsichtlich Kaffeemaschine, von Handtüchern wird nichts erwähnt, es waren aber welche da. Spülmittel und Flüssige Seife sollte man sich mitbringen, die dort sind 1:100 😉 verdünnt.

Klein aber sehr ruhig

Eine Woche waren wir in der kleinen, aber vollkommenden ausreichenden Ferienwohnung. Die FW ist zentral gelegen, man kann den Strand gut erreichen und zum Bummeln laden die Geschäfte um die Ecke ein. Zum einkaufen ist Edeka auch nicht weit entfernt. Opimal für uns. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Wir waren mit dieser Unterkunft sehr zufrieden, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen , man ist schnell am Strand , an der Mole, am Kirchplatz und am Teepott. Sie war ehr ruhig und konnten uns gut erholen. Wir würden sie wieder buchen.
