My husband and I decided to stay a few days in Maggie Valley. The location of this home is perfect. It’s easy to find and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The home was spotless and comfortable. We saw elk each day and that was definitely one of the reasons we chose this home. We would definitely stay again.
Short drive to hop on the Blue Ridge Parkway and head out to explore the area. Elk in the neighborhood almost every evening. Property was clean and comfortable.

This cabin was perfect for our stay. Dog friendly was a plus. Pet fee was high compared to other cabins. The view was great and seeing the moose was a plus. Great place to stay.
The cabin was in great shape seeing the elk was amazing
The cabin was in an excellent location for the places we had planned to see and do I would definitely go back and recommend it to my friend's and acquaintances Norma was wonderful to work with had a great experience.
Clean home with a well equipped kitchen. Loved seeing the elk, horses, groundhogs and fireflies. We enjoyed our stay in Maggie Valley and exploring the area.
This property is very clean, nice decoration and in a perfect place with a very quiet neighborhood.
We have an amazing time and for sure will rebook in a future.
Lovely home. Well appointed and laided out. Very close to skiing and tubing and could easily get to stores etc. Got to see some elk up close and personal on the nearby property and took advantage of the fire pit and other ammenities. Would stay again for sure!
We enjoyed our stay. We loved the fire pit and utilized it every night. I loved that the plants/foliage by the ditch was left natural. I enjoyed observing all the butterflies, bees, and humming birds in the foliage daily. Of course we all loved seeing the Elk.

Everything about this place was wonderful. My grandkids had a wonderful time and enjoyed watching the gophers, the cows and the elk. They also enjoyed the little stream and fell in it several times probably on purpose. It’s very close and ideal. Place to stay close to the mountains and all of the mountain activities.

My family and I have been visiting western NC for over 30 years.. I finally decided that this would be the best place I knew, for a vacation home for my family, friends and to share with others. I've been in the real estate business for over 20 years.. I've owned many rental properties and Love to share my home with others. This is our 4th home in our "Linger Longer" Chain
Why they chose this property
There's nothing like a newly built home. While I think it is gorgeous, what can be better than the Elk that often wonder the neighborhood and graze right off of the back deck.
What makes this property unique
I've been in the vacation rental business for close to ten years. I feel that I have learned what guests need and want and we strive to offer a great experience. This is the 4th home that we've added to The Linger Longer in NC chain. With also being a licensed Realtor, I think I'm fairly good at purchasing unique properties that others will enjoy. As they say.... LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.
