beautiful creole house, completely renovated and furnished to a very high standard, situated on a hillside above Sainte Luce. Very quiet location with beautiful sea views!
The house has 2 bedrooms each with private bathroom, air conditioned. In front of the bedrooms is a covered terrace with sitting area.
In front of the living room is the access to a covered large terrace where you have a cozy seating area and a dining room set available.
Living room with kitchen corner, very well equipped. Oven, induction hobs, large fridge with large freezer, blender, magic wand, Plancha grill plate, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of dishes and glasses of good quality .... TV, Internet, another fridge on the terrace for always chilled drinks ..

Une location récente très agréable et très bien équipée

les plus : - cadre agréable (végétation, voie d'accès calme) - maison très bien équipée (intérieur et extérieur) et bien décorée - piscine très bien - accueil chaleureux et efficace de Charline les moins si l'on en cherche : - une douche mal placée dans une chambre - le paiement de l'électricité qui mériterait d'être mieux indiqué avant de réserver. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir avec plaisir !

sehr gut, jederzeit wieder

Sehr schönes Haus, großzügig eingerichtet in guter Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, große überachte und freie Terrassen. Gut funktionierendes WLAN, Küche auf dem neuesten Standard, sehr gute Unterhaltungselektronik, schöne Strände in der Nähe, schöner und interessanter Ort.

Agréable maison

Très agréable maison située dans un endroit calme avec une jolie vue sur mer lointaine.La cuisine est parfaitement équipée.La location est conforme à la description. Deux problèmes à règler : l’évacuation de la douche de la première chambre et l’éclairage de la salle de bain de l’autre ,ont déjà été signalés dans une appréciation de mars 2016. On peut regretter, mais on le sait au moment de réserver, qu’il n’y ait pas de geste commercial pour un mois de location et le paiement de la consommation électrique.

Je suis désolé que vous avez eu des problèmes avec la lumière dû salle de bain - j ai vous demander par sms si le Problem est réglé et aussi pour faire une rdv avec vous. C est dommage que vous avez pas répondu. Le jour quand vous êtes partir la lumière a été réparé et aussi le bouchon a été enlevé . En mars 16 il y avais une lumière à l extérieur qui a pas functione et la douche au fond a été bouche. 9/15-2/16 on a refait tout la maison entièrement - il y a encore la garantie .... Normalement nous faisons une geste commercial (pas de charge EDF ou nettoyage à la fin) C est dommage que vous n avez pas répondu. Cordialement

Traumhafter Urlaub im Karibischen Paradis

Wir hatten hier einen der schönsten Urlaube der letzten Jahre in einem wunderschönen neu renoviertem Haus mit jeglichem Komfort für einen entspannten Urlaub. Es gibt überall am Haus die Möglichkeit sich zu entspannen besonders schön ist der Ausblick ins Tropisch/Karibische grün (leider waren die Bananen noch nicht reif zum pflücken ) bis hin zum türkisfarbenen Meer, einfach traumhaft.Wir werden uns wiedersehen. Auch ein Dank an Cathrin und Arnaud für die super Betreuung und die guten Tipps. Merci.

Wunderschön renovierte Traumvilla

Wir hatten das Glück, in diesem echten Schmuckstück 2 Wochen wohnen zu dürfen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, die sind Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet und der Blick morgens vom Frühstückstisch ein Traum. 2 große Esstische (einer auf der oberen, einer auf der unteren Terrasse) bieten Platz für jeweils 5-6 Personen und laden dazu ein, "zu Hause" zu kochen und zu grillen. Nach dem Essen ist dank Geschirrspüler sogar abwaschen unnötig. Mehr geht nicht. Die Betreuung durch Cathrin und Arnaud war vorbildlich und wenn ihr das hier lest: Danke nochmal für euer Engagement und eure Mühe.

Traumurlaub auf Martinique

Wir waren für zwei Nächste in dieser traumhaften Villa können nur gutes Berichten. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar funktioniert, Ausstattung und Zimmer sind hervorragend und schönere Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien kann man sich nicht vorstellen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf der Insel und in der Villa sehr genossen. Ein Mietwagen ist sowohl für die Villa als auch allgemein auf Martinique Pflicht...

Location très agreable

Très jolie villa, parfaitement équipée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, dans un quartier calme a quelques minutes en voiture de ste luce et de nombreuses belles plages. La piscine et la douche extérieure sont très agréables. Accueil chaleureux. Bref, on recommande vivement !

Quelques déceptions,

L'emplacement de l’habitation est bien placée sur une colline avec une vue sur la mer à l'horizon! L' annonce dit 3 minutes de la plage c'est en voiture! Cela dit! On nous facture 90€ pour le ménage en fin de séjour alors qu'on nous a ordonné de tout laver avant notre départ, drap, serviette...etc et laisser l'appartement propre! Les propriétaire sont souvent en métropole ainsi ils ne s'occupent pas des locataires, c'est un martiniquais qui gère, il faudrait quelqu'un de plus sérieux, plus honnête, ce gars est un roublard, il cherche à soutirer de l'argent aux loueurs par de multiples combines; Il doit aussi s'occuper de la piscine mais ce n'est fait qu'une fois par semaine, voir moins et mal fait. Il y a aussi un problème de douche, impossible de se doucher dans l'une des chambre.... plombier venu à plusieurs reprise, également, un problème électrique important.... électricien venu à plusieurs reprises. Bref, la réalité est que tout n'est pas parfait dans cette villa mal gérée c'est dommage! Pour info, nous y sommes resté du 23 janvier au 27 février 2016. Attention aussi, autre surprise, la consommation d'électricité est facturée en fin de séjour, le gérant "cité plus haut" qui s'occupe de la location nous a annoncé cela après que nous ayons payé le solde, nous avions loué directement aux propriétaires, sur le contrat qu'ils nous ont fourni cela n’était pas spécifié! Il parait que sur Homelidays c'est spécifié en Allemand!
