1 living room with large flat screen, with comfortable lounge and dresser

The shaded terrace of approximately 80 m² includes a dining area with large table and chairs and a small outdoor lounge.
At the back of the house and out of sight, a second shaded terrace opens from which you access a small above-ground swimming pool.

Herrlicher Blick auf den Rocher du Diamant

Wir hatten die obere Wohnung in diesem Ferienhaus mit zwei Einheiten. Von der sehr großen Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Rocher du Diamant. Die Villa Ti ShaSha liegt sehr ruhig. Man hört nur das Rauschen der Wellen und die Vögel. Die Beschreibung ist korrekt.

Notre séjour a été magnifique. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Catherine. La villa est magnifique, tout est propre et le souci du détail est au rendez-vous. La piscine est parfaite pour se rafraichir. On a eu de superbe soirée, magnifique couché du soleil. L'île est merveilleuse à découvrir. Nous avions l'habitude d'aller dans des tout inclus mais là on a trouvé la bonne option pour voyager. Merci encore une fois merci à nos hôtes d'avoir partager votre maison. Et à coup sûr nous allons relouer cette villa.

Une vue a couper le souffle

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette magnifique villa. Une maison conforme au descriptif, avec une vue imprenable sur le Diamant et le Morne Larcher. La mer des Caraïbes comme décor permanent et le bruit des vagues sur la plage située à 5 minutes a pied. L'ouverture de la maison sur l'immense terrasse et la piscine en contrebas et l'exposition parfaite permettent de profiter de cette ambiance si reposante du lever jusqu'au coucher du soleil. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la terrasse arrière isolée et a l'ombre sont des atouts upplementaires. Ambiance chaleureuse, marché et commerces du Diamant sont situés à proximité. Parfait point de départ pour explorer le sud de la Martinique. Vous adorerez ce lieu unique.

Villa admirable

Emplacement parfait pour séjour de rêve. La villa est merveilleuse, l'accueil et l'accompagnement parfaits. Les équipements étaient abondants et fonctionnels. Aucun faux pas dans cette maison qui mérite largement ses étoiles!

Conforme à l'annonce mais petite déception.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille et avons été bien accueilli par Catherine la concierge. Nous habitons nous-mêmes en Martinique et pour ces vacances nous avons apprécié le logement et le cadre (vue exceptionnelle, plage, tranquillité,...). Toutefois nous avons rencontré 2 désagréments qui, selon nous, auraient pu être évités et qui nous ont ennuyé dès le premier soir : La télécommande de la climatisation d'une des 2 chambres était usée et ancienne. En effet nous nous sommes aperçus que les piles suintaient d'humidité. Nous l'avons signalé le soir même à la conciergerie mais dans l'attente de la constation et des réparations, mes proches, venus de métropole, ont du passé deux nuits sans climatisation avec la chaleur et les moustiques dans la pièce...Situation inconfortable et regrettable pour ce type de logement 3 étoiles... Lors de l'état des lieux la conciergerie nous avait dit que les clims fonctionnaient. Cela ne pouvait pas être possible vu l'état des piles de la télécommande. Une vérification par les propriétaires aurait était nécessaire avant la location. L'autre incident s'est produit sur la multiprise de la télévision et de la box tv qui s'avérait non conforme et ancienne. En effet un éclair électrique s'est produit au simple contact de la multiprise par mon conjoint. Cela a fait disjoncter les appareils électroniques. Nous avons dû interchanger les prises avec une autre multiprise... elle-même non conforme. Fort heureusement ce n'est pas notre enfant qui a touché à la prise. Nous avons signalé cela à nouveau à Catherine et les propriétaires qui ont constaté les incidents. Nous espérons avoir contribué à l'amélioration de la maison par notre commentaire.

Meilleure vue de toute l’île!

Quel ben endroit! Quelques pas de la plage, la plus grande plage de Martinique avec de belles vagues. La maison est à ravir, les photos sont tout à fait justes.

An absolute paradise

To me this is exactly what a VRBO experience should be. Perfect communication, a fantastic experience staying in a home, not a hotel or resort, and the place exceeded expectations at every turn. Perfectly located, incredible views from a vast terrace only begin to describe our experience here. I cannot recommend a vacation rental more than I would recommend this one. Staying here is more than just a rental, you are really getting an opportunity to stay in a place omitting peace and tranquility throughout. Our plan was to explore the island of Martinique while there but all of that changed once we arrived at this rental..it put a spell on us we will not soon forget. YES this place gets 5 stars across the board and for sure will bring us back to visit again and again.

What a great holiday !

We (3 persons from Hamburg/Germany) just spent 2 weeks in this great villa and enjoyed our holidays very much. Everthing there is exactly like in the describtion: a marvellous and fantastic view from the bedroom, living room, kitchen and mostly from the terrace. The house is very clean and has all the necessary domestic equipments you need, even a big fridge with an ice cube-maker is available. The two bed rooms are equipped with air condition. The wonderful long beach is only 200 m away. Also the pool on the backside of the house is sufficient for cool down. WiFi works without any problems. You should have a car for buying your food or to get to all the other beautiful places and beaches in the surrounding for ex. Anses d'Arlet where you can see turtles while snorkling. Special thanks to Caroline who welcomed us very very warm and friendly and took care of us the whole time. Mercy beaucoup pour le boisson de bienvenue. C'était un plaisir d'avoir rencontré Caroline et de parler avec elle. Excusé moi pour les erreurs. Next time we will stay longer to learn better le francais. :-)
