Vacation in luxury at this professionally designed 2021 built home in Carolina Beach! Located directly across the street from the beach & less than 100 feet from public beach access. In this home you will find 5 bedrooms (7 beds), 4 full baths (2 en suites), and 2 half baths. Not 1, but 2 living rooms, kitchens! When you’re not relaxing inside, enjoy a cocktail or meal on the beautiful deck with ocean views. Or hangout in your very own private backyard oasis fully equipped with a saltwater pool, hot tub, bar, and outdoor shower. So, come, drop your bags, and enjoy luxury at the beach!

PEASE READ**** This home is a triplex and you have access to the first two levels (2,800 sq-ft). While the first two floors and backyard (pool/hot tub) of the home will be for you and your guests, I live on the 3rd floor when I am in Carolina Beach but otherwise it is vacant. I have a private elevator at the first floor which is where we will share the foyer area to the front door. The first and second floors have locking entry doors for your security and privacy. Home is equipped with a key-less entry lock so you can start enjoying your vacation as soon as you arrive. This is a smoke and pet free property. Lastly, guests with infants/toddlers should be aware that the house is not child proof and there is not a locking gate to the pool. ****PLEASE READ

Awesome vacation home

This was my family’s second vacation at the Rita Jennette. Great location and close to the beach. The house was very clean and well equipped. We hope to make a third visit.

Weekend Beach Visit

4 adults and 2 kids under 2 - we loved our stay for a quick weekend getaway! There were plenty amenities like pool/beach supplies that helped keep the kids occupied. The house was beautiful and the beach access was even closer than we expected. We will definitely be returning to the Villa Jennette!

This property was a perfect fit for our needs. Close to beach, 2 separate living areas and kitchens, and a private pool. We had 2 families and it worked perfect. Host was very helpful and pleasant. Several nice beach chairs for use and pool towels were provided. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful house, well kept and clean. Great location. Could walk everywhere. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work but that was due to horrible weather conditions and the host felt terrible and allowed us to stay extra time for free to make up for it. Very communicative and accomodating!

This is the place to stay in Carolina Beach!

We've rented many places through the years in both North and South Carolina but this place was the best! Carolyn is the most amazing host and was very attentive to any needs our questions we had when we stayed there. The place is very comfortable and decorated beautifully. The pool and hot tub was great for us and our grandkids after a fun day at the beach. The beach is a very short walk across the street(maybe 100 yards away) and Carolyn provided a beach cart, chairs and umbrellas if needed. I highly recommend this place.

An amazing property to stay at in Carolina Beach!

We had a group of 8 girls stay here for a long weekend and we had an absolutely amazing stay! The house worked perfectly for our needs with the multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and 2 kitchens and living rooms. The outdoor space with the pool, hot tub, and outdoor bar was wonderful and we definitely took advantage of it. The proximity to the beach was perfect and we appreciated the wagon to haul our stuff across the street to the beach. Carolyn was very helpful and responsive to any messages we sent. This is a great spot to stay with a large group to have plenty of space and lots of great amenities. We would definitely come back again next time we’re in Carolina Beach!

Great Property

Villa Jenette was a great place for our family to get together and take in the beach. We had four adults and five children. The property was clean, well decorated, had plenty of space and provided well stocked kitchens and several appliances. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub and so did we. Outdoor shower after the beach was very convenient. The property provided beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards and shade canopy which was awesome. The two minute walk to the beach was also very convenient. We did have a heater issue for the pool and hot tub but Carolyn worked diligently to have it fix. All in all we had a great trip, despite hurricane Debbie. We’ll be back!

WE had a GREAT time at Villa Jennette! The house is absolutely STUNNING and stocked with beach, pool and kitchen items! Our crew LOVED the pool space - AM, Afternoon and Evening! Wonderful getaway

This is our second visit to Villa Jennette. We absolutely love this property and everything that it has to offer. The house is immaculate. Decorated so beautifully. It has everything you would need. Carolyn is so great to work with, and she makes sure you are completely satisfied. The pool/Hottub area is a great place to hang out. The outdoor bar really completes the area! We can’t wait to come back!

Wow! Can we reserve for next year??

This is the first location anywhere along the NC beaches that I've absolutely wanted to reserve again for next year! Ease-of-access to the beach, friendly and helpful owner, and everything provided for you (including beach chairs and a wagon) made this the perfect vacation that we didn't want to ever end! Read the description carefully to see all the great amenities that are provided (which most other rentals do NOT include), look at all the pictures, and then be aware that the actual house is BETTER than described and shown! For the first time ever, my children asked me, "can we please ask the owner if we can just stay one more night?" Sorry kids, we couldn't do that, but I will definitely check this place first when making reservations for next summer!
