Overall we were extremely impressed with this property and the owners were communicative, clear, and gracious. The home has three levels w/the owners suite on the first level (they weren’t there wth us) so we had the second and third floors - still plenty of room. The bedding was extremely comfortable and there were plenty accommodations for our family of 6 to spread out or come together. My teen boys stayed on the third floor in their “apartment” which has 2bd 2full bath, small lounge area and kitchen. Perfect for them to have proximity but privacy. My husband and I stayed on the 2nd floor (king) and my mother shared a room with my daughter (2 twins). The elevator was a definite plus for us with an elderly parent that attended the trip. The home is in pristine condition (new build). The salt water pool was phenomenal - best part of the kids trip!! We stayed in the pool more than hauling our things to the beach which gave the kids more fun time since weather was up/down that weekend. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, a block from the beach near beach access 3 (in case you need to rent beach tents), and the owners provided beach chairs so we didn’t have to bring ours. Of course we rinsed everything off before putting them away. No shoes in the house so bring your footies. Clean full bathrooms, large TVs, plenty of kitchen space & loved the double porches where we sat watching the sun come up on one side and go down the other. 10/10 hands down and we’ll definitely be back!!!
