Rental is for the ground floor 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom,family room ,. Kitchen. Owner is upstairs but guest privacy is respected.. And you have separate entrance from off-street parking. Discover Bay is a beautiful town in the Sacramento Delta with miles and miles of coast lines. Boating and fishing is very nice in many of the calm and peaceful bays. Property is on the water with private dock and many water toys.

Waterfront living

Excellent location, dock for boat, and comfortable accomidations. We enjoyed waterskiing and dinners on the deck overlooking the water. Very nice stay. Thank you.

The home was beautiful the view of the water was so relaxing. Unfortunately was only able to stay for 1 week as illness struck covid. Owner was so accommodating truly a wonderful experience for us

Fantastic staycation with the family

We reserved this place for two nights and it was one of the greatest stays of all time. Right off the bat we were greeted by the owners who let us park our car inside the garage. He was very sweet and friendly. He offered his kayaks and paddle board for us to use, told us where to fish, and even helped us to look for nearby boat rentals. Inside of the house, everything was labeled for convenience, everything placed neatly, clean, and quite comfortable. He had some ramen and other food and water for us to use and made our night even better. Really good time in general, AC was working to keep us chill since it’s really hot out there, and the sleep was great. Safe and quite environment, greatly recommend it!

Retired owner stay upstairs but not all the time there. You're renting the 2 Bedroom,1 bath,kitchen and family room and have your own entrance from street. There is a large view deck and boat dock .

Why they chose this property

This waterfront house has a large view deck and a huge boat dock , the Kayak and paddle boat are free to use but please put it back where it belong. Safety first, many life vest and life jackets are there on dock for guests.
