Bring your boat and enjoy staying at our freshly renovated 1 bedroom furnished apartment along Sandmound Slough. We offer a 30 ft slip for use with your stay. In addition to the queen size bed, our living room features a queen size sofa bed for additional guests. We provide ample parking, a pet friendly yard with BBQ grill and picnic table. Kayaks are available to our guests. Come relax on the upper deck overlooking Sandmound Slough. Boat rentals are available from local vendors. Come enjoy world class fishing, water sports, or just the serenity of the California Delta.

I’m a retired technology executive who is a lifelong boater. The delta offers many sorts of water recreation including water skiing, tubing, fishing, and kayaking. Lots of wildlife to observe. My wife is from Thailand and enjoys gardening flowers and vegetables as well as cooking native Thai food.
Why they chose this property
Marina house is located in a quiet neighborhood of residential homes along a dead end street. Bethel island is a best kept secret to the amazing 1000 miles of rivers and sloughs that make up the California Delta.
What makes this property unique
We have 5 covered boat slips and 125 feet of waterfront. Minutes to fast water. Natural habitats for wildlife are right in front of this home.
