On the large playground right outside the front door and your children get their money, while you can keep through the kitchen window in the eye. Directly in front of the house there are plenty of parking. Your bikes can be stored in the garage if required.

Urlaub Hinte

Das Objekt an sich ist gut. Die Lage und Umgebung sowie Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gut. Die Wohnung im Obergeschoss sollte jedoch nicht an Personen vermietet werden, welche Schwierigkeiten beim Gehen und beim Transport von Gepäckstücken u.Ä. haben. Informationen vor Ort zum Checkinn sowie zu Umgebung, Ansprechpersonen sowie notwendigen Reparaturen mussten über Umwege in Erfahrung gebracht werden. TV/Radio waren nicht einsatzbereit, eine Reparatur konnte erst nach mehreren Tagen erreicht werden, da die mitgeteilten Kontaktdaten des Vermieters nicht erreichbar waren. Eine vom Vermieter zugesagte Aufwandsentschädigung erfolgte nicht. Daher empfand ich die Vermietung des Objektes als unseriös.

Fewo in Hinte

Die Lage der Fewo ist gut. Die Bilder der Fewo im Inserat stimmen leider nicht mehr vollumfänglich mit der Fewo überein. Der Zugang zur Fewo im Obergeschoss erfolgt über eine relativ steile Treppe mit schmalen Stufen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Altes Siedlungshaus, aber innen nett zurecht gemacht, TOLLES Bad, die Kinder genossen den Whirlpool. Wir haben uns nur über Nacht in der Wohnung aufgehalten, daher können wir zum WOHNEN direkt nichts sagen, die Küche wirkte aber auch ausreichend ausgestattet. Würden wir wieder mieten.
