Quaint, spacious, and newly remodeled and furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom cottage with a courtyard in the charming Honolulu neighborhood of Manoa. 2 minute walk to the University of Hawaii. Each bedroom has its own patio and there are two large bbq decks shared by other units on the property. Short walk to restaurants, bars, and the YMCA. 10 minute drive to beaches. Very private with parking, AC, washer and dryer, cable and wireless internet. The perfect place for your family or group for a relaxing Hawaii vacation! Also perfect for University business and temporary student and parent housing.

Great location. Since the Island is so small, you can get to anywhere in about an hour at the most. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was nice for our family. We slept 6 by utilizing the air mattress and pop-up single bed provided. Kitchen had everything needed and they provided a tons of beach extras for those who stay there. Good communication. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Oahu.

Home away from home

I highly recommend this place. Not only is it the perfect location just minutes outside of busy Waikiki but close to everything you need. Manoa falls was only 8 minutes from the house in the most beautiful hike. The place itself is spacious and very clean. And the views from the home are breathtaking. I love the atmosphere of the neighborhood and we felt very safe. Perfect for morning walks. I will be back again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. This unit is located just minutes(traffic dependent) to Honolulu and Waikiki. The unit itself is very spacious, and was extremely comfortable. If I had to nitpick to find one thing to complain about it would be that there it's not a television and either one of the bedrooms. Lol however, we do not come to Hawaii to watch TV so this place was absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend it!

Home Away From Home

Great Place

We stayed here for an event at Punahoe school which is just up the street. Super convenient and out of the busyness of Waikiki which is crazy traffic. Great host-everything was as described. Appreciated the cleanliness and easy parking.

The host was great in explaining the details of check-in and out. Fast WiFi, large screen HDTV. Large refrigerator, freezer. microwave, toaster oven, 2 baths and bedrooms.

I loved this place and if ever on Oahu again I will definitely plan my trip dates around availability of the Manoa cottage. Centrally located, assigned parking spot, beach gear for all guests to enjoy and it was very clean. Super satisfied!!!

This was the perfect vacation home for our family! The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and they had beach stuff, they also had a pack in play for my grand daughter. The host was incredibly responsive to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the location, close to everything and easy to get to. Parking was so nice definitely appreciated the two spots since parking is not an easy find in the Honolulu area. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing that threw me for a loop was having an entry way shared by two units, however we never even saw the guest who rented the other unit so it didn’t even matter.

Awesome location!

This property was very clean, a great location, good parking and other renters were all very friendly. Eric was very professional while friendly and quick to respond to emails and answer questions. Overall we were very pleased and had a wonderful vacation.

Great Location near U of H

First, this location is a few minutes to downtown and UH. It is roomy and clean; you cannot beat the two bedrooms and two bathrooms for the price. You also have a full kitchen with an outdoor BBQ and lanai. I will make another reservation here on my next trip to the island.

Feel like a local

Wonderful 2 bedroom place with 2 bathrooms and it comes with a parking space and a washer and dryer! The only drawback is that the lower apartment gets quite a bit of noise from the upstairs occupants, but we coped. Communication with Eric and Miranda was quick and effective. Great stay! Beds comfortable and air conditioning good.

Wonderful Manoa VRBO

The unit is clean and uncluttered. It has a dedicated parking spot and is in a quiet and safe neighborhood a block away from UH Manoa. It also had a closet full of snorkels, beach toys, and towels which was a nice plus. We enjoyed our visit and the host was helpful and accommodating.

Please note that all guests who can be vaccinated must be vaccinated. Although we are a pet-friendly house, we cannot accept cats...sorry, allergies. There will be a $250 refundable pet deposit applied for each pet. Large dogs may require a larger deposit.

Honolulu has specific laws concerning visits here. The laws state that dogs and cats meeting specific pre- and post-arrival requirements may qualify for 5 Day Or Less quarantine program, which has a provision for direct release at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (Honolulu) after inspection. Furthermore, the law requires dogs and cats that do not meet all of the specific 5 Day Or Less program requirements could be quarantined over 30 days upon arrival in Hawaii. This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied. Signatures on City and County documentation may be required before check-in.
