Your island home includes one bedroom with a queen size bed, private bath, a living room equipped with a sofa, table and chairs, TV, and kitchen. An additional bathroom features an ocean view. Although the view is great from the sofa, the lanai, which includes two chairs and a table, offers fantastic sunsets.

Located at The Imperial of Waikiki in the new Waikiki Beachwalk shopping and entertainment district just a short 100 yards from the sand, your stay includes use of the unique rooftop pool and jacuzzi. A restaurant and a convenience store are located just downstairs and the Waikiki Beachwalk district right out the door. As a guest, valet parking is available for free.

We had a great couple of days visiting Ohana. The place was perfect. We even went and saw the University of Hawai’i Wahine Bows clinch the Big West Regular Season Basketball Championship. The pretzels were great!

Fantastic place to stay in Waikiki

We stayed here for four nights in February and really, really enjoyed it. The views are amazing, the unit was spotless, and the location is perfect — steps to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We highly recommend this property and would be delighted to stay here again when we’re back on Oahu!

Great View and location

We just returned from our trip. If you are looking for a nice quiet condo in the middle of everything with beautiful views, this is it. The ocean view and location are what sold me but the condo did not disappoint. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms. You are right on Lewers street. ABC Store & Denny's are on the ground floor of the condo. Across the street is Roy's bar, Ruth Chris, Yard House (which is great) and a bunch of others within a block. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Great location and View Spectacular

We stayed three nights. Perfect location in downtown. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes all in walking distance. Owner was spot on with guidance, and the front desk staff is awesome. Highly recommend for couples.

Can not say enough. Loved it, the little suite, the decor, the kitchen, having 2 bthrms, omg waking up everyday to that view. Overused the balcony, out there every spare minute. The location was amazing, steps away from the heart of all the action but still serene in that space.

Had a fantastic time close to beach and walking around Waikiki shops, Karl and Penny hosts where we stayed and everything was great, clean and tidy would recommend staying there. Perfect stay for New Year Eve!!

We absolutely loved Karls condo. It made us feel at home and super comfy. Everything was very clean, and the bed was a dream to sleep on. We should of booked longer. The sunsets were an absolute dream from the 21st floor, balcony was awesome during the new years fireworks. We had the perfect view of the show. The two bathrooms are great and the kitchen was perfect for our breakfast and storing foods for the next day. You will love it here, stay for fridays to watch the firework shows. thanks a mil Karl!

Heavenly Honolulu

We could not have asked for a more perfect condo while in Honolulu! The condo was spacious, super clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including 2 (yes, TWO) bathrooms!! Every morning we enjoyed our breakfast while watching surfers, hang gliders, peaceful rolling waves, boats, and even occasional rainbows from our 21st floor wide dining room window and balcony. The resort itself was perfectly located at the end of a popular one-way street with restaurants and shops all within walking distance. ALL the staff were very happy, helpful (esp. Arnold - AJ), and willing to accommodate all our requests. I would DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN & recommend it to my friends & family!! MAHALO, Karl!! The Shaws

Exceeded expectations

What an amazing, adorable, pristine unit! Having worked in the travel industry, travelled extensively, and being admittedly picky about accommodation, I can tell you this unit is EXCELLENT. Do not let the age of the building fool you; the owners have lovingly maintained this unit and I’m willing to bet it is one of the best in the building. Small and spacious at the same time. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean right down to the floor boards (I told you I was picky!). The kitchen was spotless, well equipped and more than functional. The view stretched out to the airport and my Airplane-Nerd husband sat on the balcony for hours watching takeoffs and landings. Highly, highly, highly recommend this unit.

Excellent Location

The location of this property is excellent. It is one block off the beach at Waikiki. We chose to go to a luau at the Royal Hawaiian, and to Cirque du Soleil Auana at the Ourrigger, and both were within 10 minutes walking distance. The valet parking is excellent, the crew is always there and ready to take your car and get it parked.The unit is perfect for two people. The kitchen is small but quite adequate. It was nice to have two bathrooms, one with a shower, and one with a small tub.

Pre- cruise stay at Imperial Hawaii Resort

Great location for restaurants and bars. Many places to shop nearby. We walked to the Hale Koa military resort to have drinks at their Barefoot Bar. I would recommend this property to anyone.
