Our spacious detached holiday home is the perfect destination for an unforgettable vacation. Situated in a tranquil yet convenient location, just 900 meters from the stunning Cala Santanyi Bay, it offers a relaxing retreat. Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the beach with its inviting restaurants, cafes, and a small supermarket nearby.

The holiday home consists of three bedrooms and en suite bathrooms, renovated in 2022. The lower bedroom opens directly onto the spacious terrace with a pool. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.

The living/dining room is spacious and comfortably furnished, while the well-equipped kitchen features two large refrigerators/freezers, highly appreciated during the hot months.

The covered terrace at the house accommodates 6-8 people and is perfect for breakfast or barbecue. The 8m x 4m pool with outdoor shower is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. The surrounding terrace with six sun loungers, umbrellas, a bistro table, and lounge chairs provides ample space for sunbathing and relaxation.

The charming town of Santanyi, with its restaurants, boutiques, and famous market, is just 3 km away.

The area around Santanyi boasts a total of 19 beaches, including the beautiful coves of Cala S'Amarador and Cala de Moro. A rental car is recommended to explore the surroundings.

Wir waren im Juni 2024 in der Casa luz solar und waren sehr zufrieden. Son Mojer ist immer wieder zu empfehlen, wenn man mit seiner Familie privat und trotzdem zentral zu Santanyi und für mich den schönsten Buchten von Mallorca wohnen möchte. Bettina ist als Vermieterin sehr zuverlässig und mit Xavier vor Ort hat man immer einen schnellen und freundlichen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, falls man einmal ein Problem hat. Wir immer wieder gerne. Sehr schöne Finca - Alles so gut, wie beschrieben.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sehr sauber und in hervorragendem Zustand. Die paar Sachen, die vielleicht nicht perfekt waren, möchte ich gar nicht anführen, weil sie den Gesamteindruck in keiner Weise trüben können. Der Service vor Ort war auch prima, es gab einen netten, gut deutsch sprechenden Ansprechpartner, der schnell zur Stelle war und z.B. auf Anfrage hin ein längeres Elektrokabel gebracht hat. Ich kann die Untekunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Top Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir haben und das Ferienhaus zu viert (vier Jungs im Alter von 21 Jahren) gemietet und waren vom ersten Eindruck überwältigt. Ein netter Empfang durch den Hausverwalter Xavi, sehr sauber und sehr modern gestaltet. Zu viert hatten wir mehr als genug Platz im großen Haus+Pool und haben die Tage dort sehr genossen. In naher Umgebung ist die Cala Santanyi zu Fuß und mit dem Auto auch noch zahlreiche andere schöne Buchten erreichbar. Ein echt schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Vielleicht bis nächstes Jahr!

Eine wunderschöne Zeit

Wunderschöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Finca, die alles bietet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Finca ist großzügig geschnitten, sauber, mit herrlicher überdachter Terrasse, Balkonen mit Blick aufs Meer und einem tollen Pool in ruhiger Lage etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der schönen Bucht Cala Santanyi entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es einige tolle Strände und Fischerdörfer (ein Auto ist unbedingt zu empfehlen). Auch Santanyi ist schnell zu erreichen und bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nette Restaurants und Geschäfte und ein tolles Ambiente. Der Service vor Ort klappte auch super (sehr hilfsbereit, deutsch sprechend). Die Finca können wir wirklich nur weiterempfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wunderschöne auch im Winter

Haben auf der Terrasse in der Sonne gegessen. Wunderbar gelegenes Haus für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Haben Santanyi noch mit weihnachtlichem Schmuck und dem Markt sehr genossen.

Sehr schön aufgeteiltes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein schönes Ferienhaus mit einigen Mängeln: kaputte Lampen, Wasserkocher schaltet nicht ab, einige Fenser und Türen lassen sich nicht kippen, die Jalosie im Wohnzimmer ist nicht in Ordnung, außerdem empfehlen wir alle Steckdosen mit Kindersicherung zu versehen. Da wir mit einem Kleinkind da waren, mussten wir besonders aufpassen. Der Zustand war insgesamt sauber und gepflegt. Die Betreuung vor Ort klappte gut und Herr Camps war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig.

Wir fühlten uns sehr sehr wohl in diesem Haus, ruhig gelegen, abseits des Grosstourismus. Haus ist genau wie abgebildet. Mit dem Auto ist man im Nu an den Hauptorten. Herr Camp hat uns ganz toll empfangen und wir danken ihm für seine so liebe offene und sympathische Art. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Ruhig und erholsam, sonnig

Sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Saßen tagsüber tatsächlich in der Sonne auf der Terrasse, während die Kinder mit benachbarten Kindern in dieser ruhigen, beschaulichen Siedlung und auf dem nahen Kleinsport- und Spielplatz unterwegs waren. Haben im Haus keine Heizung benötigt aber Abends während Fernsehen und Essen den vorhandenen Ethanolbrenner ausprobiert, den uns der Verwalter erklärte, gemütliche Flamme und Wärme ganz ohne Rauch. Wir haben sehr angenehme Nachweihnachten und Silvester in diesem geräumigen Haus verbracht und würden das jederzeit wiederholen.

Ich kann die Bewertungen der Vorgänge vollstens bestätigen! Hinzufügen möchte ich noch, dass der Basketballplatz selten benutzt wird, allerdings abends bis weit in die Nacht hell erleuchtet ist.

Wunderbar

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben drei wundervolle Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Es war ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen, so konnten wir täglich den Pool und das Meer genießen ... oder auch die Altstadt von Santanyi. Die Ausstattung war neu und das komplette Anwesen sehr sauber. Die Betreuung im Vorfeld als auch vor Ort hat reibungslos funktioniert. Vielen Dank....wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Erholung pur

Wir waren zu viert in diesem wirklich schönem Haus und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt . Schöner Außenbereich , tolles Panorama , Ausstattung perfekt und der Pool war der Glanzpunkt . Gegenüber gibt es einen Sportplatz mit Basketballkörben . Unsere Jungs haben diesen gerne genutzt , muss man mögen ! Prima Abwicklung im Vorfeld und vor Ort durch den Verwalter eine wirklich nette Betreuung . Wir wären gerne noch geblieben . ANMAYAMO aus Bochum
