Beautiful property with private elevator with direct access to the beach or by side stairs fully equipped for a maximum capacity of 8 people, 1meter from the beach Cala Santanyi, in a quiet area of prestigious restaurants, bars, supermarkets and other family entertainment.

Guests are provided with towels, bed linen, pool towels, internet, oven and microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite tv, outdoor barbecue, outdoor hammocks, solarium, private parking for two cars, private pool, barbecue area, terraces overlooking the beach and pool.
4 bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite, and the other three bedrooms with single beds with the possibility of joining them, two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.

Ideal space to spend a dream family vacation, perfect for families who want to enjoy the proximity of the beach with the privacy of the private pool with outdoor shower, dive center at 100 meters, restaurants at 50 meters.
ecotax payment on arrival 2.20 euros per person per night, from 16 years old.
In winter the house will be delivered at 21 degrees Celsius with heating included.
Air conditioning (optional) in each bedroom with consumption meter, price 0.30 euros kwh, a deposit of 100 euros will be left on delivery of the remote controls, and you can check the consumption through the visible meters.

A Beautiful property. The pictures do not do it justice! Will at some point definitely return. Salvador and ingrid are both very friendly. The Spar is just a 1min walk away and has most things you could want. Thanks matt

Fabulous house and beach!

This is an amazing house with probably the finest location overlooking the Cala. We were a party of grand parents, parents and children under 10, it was superb to have to pool and the beach so close. I agree it is better than the photos show. The Cala is small with a few excellent restaurants and bars but very authentic and it was perfect for children to play on the beach at night whilst we ate. If you want to relax,enjoy the pool and a very short walk to the excellent safe beach this is a perfect place. We enjoyed it so much we hardly used the car to explore anywhere else. The owners were fantastic, we had a huge storm that meant we lost power but they were always in touch checking we were ok and looked after us well. We have already re-booked !

Brilliantly located and well appointed home for an excellent family holiday.

We had a great time staying at this property. It is very well located. There is a small mini supermarket with a couple of minutes of the property. The beach is virtually on the doorstep, and it is surrounded by good quality beach restaurants. The bedrooms were all good sized and plenty for our purposes. The kitchen has all you will need, and we found the two fridges a very useful option. It was hot when we visited, and we found that the air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms and we did not miss it in the public areas. The pool was a great size for our family, and we made good use of the various terraces. We did not have car, but the garage looked very spacious. The large hotel opposite the house had a party night with fairly loud music - but this was only on Thursday nights, and was finished by 11pm, so was not too disturbing. The hosts were fantastic. We were met at the property within 20 minutes to check in, despite us having unusual travel plans. We loved the morning treats that showed up occasionally. I would happily recommend this for family beach getaways.

Top Lage

Sehr gute Lage, gleich am Strand. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr grosszügig und sauber. Der Pool ist ein bisschen sehr klein geraten und die Infrastruktur muss unbedingt mal erneuert werden (neue Möbel und einige Renovierungen). Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort hin gehen.

Tolles Objekt in perfekter Urlaubslage

Wir haben hier als Familie mit zwei Kindern fantastische neuen Tage verbracht. Das Haus in Hanglage liegt wirklich perfekt, man hat über eine Treppe einen quasi direkten Weg an den Strand, Treppe hoch 50 m weiter ist ein Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf, besser geht es kaum. Man fährt in seine eigene, private Garage, dann geht es weiter mit dem eigenen Fahrstuhl oben zum eigentlichen Haus. Tolle Zimmer, teilweise mit Meerblick und mit eigenem Balkon, und drei Bäder, so dass quasi jede Partei ein eigenes Bad hatte. Die Bucht ist zum Baden perfekt, die Kinder konnten alleine an den Strand, auch im Oktober noch tolle Wassertemperatur, Sandstrand und türkises Wasser. Zudem liegt das Haus auch für Ausflüge ideal, weitere schöne Buchten wie Cala Figurera liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Und auch die Ortschaft Santanyi ist einen Ausflug wert, ist ein schöner und traditioneller Ort. Die Hauseigentümer Ingrid und Salvador sind supernett und flexibel, und haben uns zu dem mit traditionellen Backwaren aus eigener Bäckerei begrüßt. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal da!

Simply wonderful

This villa is genuinely stunning. The location is right over the beach, with easy access via steps or your own private lift. The car is kept safe and cool in the underground garage, which also means you don’t have to worry about finding a space. The pool is perfectly situated and warm almost all day long, with the added benefit of the pool gates to keep the kids safe. So much space inside the house and the view from the master bedroom was a great way to wake up in the morning. Salvador and Ingrid are so lovely and amazingly generous. Morning treats from their bakery were utterly delicious and they were so helpful throughout. We are already booked back in for next year. We can’t wait.

Tolle Strandvilla- Perfekt für Familien

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Tolle Lage, nur wenige Stufen entfernt vom Strand. Die Besitzer sind super nett, jederzeit erreichbar und waren sehr bemüht. Sie begrüßten uns persönlich vor Ort mit einem leckeren mallorquinischen Kuchen und frischen Brötchen aus ihrer Bäckerei. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Handtücher, Pooltücher, Shampoo und Seife waren vorhanden, sogar Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine stand bereit. Wir würden das Haus ausnahmslos empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.

Simply superb

This was a last moment booking as the villa we had rented suffered storm damage. A blessing in disguise it turned out as we wouldn't have found this place, Great location close to the beach with garage parking just the start of joys to unfold. This beautifully built villa is large by most standards, lots of space to play or relax. a lovely clean pool with plenty of seating around. A lift from beach to accommodation level an absolute boon. Huge kitchen dining area with a large lounge off to one side just ideal for entertaining loafing or just family life. Salvador and Ingrid made us feel very much at home. a welcome note with samples from their bakery were most delicious and welcome. If you just want to chill and relax a car is not necessary, a Spar and places to eat and drink all close by. However to get the most from this region a car is a must. so many picturesque little places within 10 to 45 minutes drive. Cala Figuera just a few minutes drive is truly magic. Santanyi Wednesday market is huge and varied with good quality produce and wares. Not to be missed. The drive through Santanyi a tad challenging as many streets are very narrow with blind turns. Breathing in with clenched buttocks got us around ok. I will say no more as we don't want too many people finding their way here and limiting our booking prospects. This place has set the bar high for future away time Martin

Fantastic for family holiday

This house is amazing. Great location for easy access to the beach and lots of places to eat. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and stocks most things. The underground parking was a huge bonus in the hot weather and because on street parking can be tricky in high season.

Ein super schönes, sauberes Haus. Toller Pool, alles da was man braucht, der Strand is über die stiegen sofort erreichbar. Kleiner gut sortierter Supermarkt 2 min. Zu Fuß. die Vermieter Salvador und Ingrid wirklich sehr nett, haben uns mit Brot und Süßigkeiten aus ihrer Bäckerei empfangen. Waren per WhatsApp immer erreichbar und antworten schnell. Uns hat’s sehr gut gefallen, an manchen Tagen sind wir nicht mal an den Strand, weils so gemütlich am Pool war...

La casa es estupenda. Magníficamente situada sobre la cala de Santanyi. Ascensor privado y estás en la arena. Un lujazo. Muy bien equipada. Agradable porche para comer y una piscina que más limpia no puede estar. A 5 minutos de Santanyi, donde hay de todo. Lejos de las aglomeraciones de otras zonas de Mallorca aunque se echa de menos un paseo marítimo para dar una vuelta al atardecer. Salvador, su propietario es súper amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que haga falta. El descanso está asegurado
