Thank you so much for your kind words and for staying with us. We are really glad to hear you found the home nice and had a pleasant stay overall. We appreciate you letting us know about the cobwebs in the basement bedrooms. We apologize for that oversight and will make sure it is addressed so future guests have an even better experience. Regarding the shower soap and shampoo, we did have several bottles available at the time you messaged and asked, and I am sorry if they were not easy to find. If you had reached out again, I would have been more than happy to help right away. We will make this clearer for future guests so there is no confusion. Thank you again for your feedback. It truly helps us improve, and we would love the opportunity to host you again in the future!
