Level lot with its own dock and boat ramp is great for floating the day away or fishing with your friends. Quiet neighborhood with paved roads and great neighbors. Located across from the Marina on 431 and just a few miles from local restaurants, groceries, and the growing downtown Wedowee. Gentle slope to the water and a great porch for enjoying the day.

Nice retreat

This was a nice location for a girl's get away weekend. The property manager was easy to work with and very responsive to questions and anything needed. We would definitely return here.

Awesome House!

This house is our favorite one. We have stayed in a lot of different ones and this is the best. The walk to the lake is amazing. Even my handicapped mother was able to walk down and sit on the bench. Nicely equipped and the property manager is awesome! Loved the neighbors 🙂

awesome property

This home is very nice. All bedrooms were a nice size and comfortable. Loved having one bedroom and bathroom on main . We had plenty of room inside and also enjoyed the porches with fans , dock, kayaks, shaded yard and boat ramp. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Also a plus to have plenty of parking for cars and trailers. We will stay again!!
