Escape to the Surf Shack on 24th on beautiful and historic Galveston Island. Built in 1904 the Surf Shack is a private home that sleeps 4 -5 comfortably and has every amenity you'll need to enjoy all the island has to offer.

The Surf Shack has one bedroom with a queen bed and an attached private bunk room perfect for couples or families.

It's my goal to provide a space that you can relax, enjoy, feel at home for as long as you stay and finally...to create memories and experiences to remember!

Nice for a Weekend Getaway

Cute house very close to the beach and Pleasure Pier. We were there for Mardi Gras and couldn't have chosen a better location. 1 block from the major night parade and a quick drive to the Strand for all others. Communication was excellent.

SO close to the beach! We could see the Pleasure Pier from the quaint side porch. Super walkable area.

Great little house

Very cute historic house, short walk to the sea wall, very responsive owner. Really enjoyed our weekend stay. It was everything we wanted. Just a note, since it is a property in town, the neighbors are very close. However, it is a fairly quiet area without much traffic on the street. We love Galveston and can’t wait to visit again.

This is a small house that's been remodeled with all modern conveniences. It's in a safe, residential neighborhood but within walking distance of the seawall and Pleasure Pier. It has one queen-sized bed and 1 set of bunk beds so would be perfect for a family with 2 children. There is a washer-dryer and dishwasher for residents to use. I would gladly stay there again.

Wonderful time with the family

The property was very close to the beach had everything I needed for my daughter and her children we really enjoyed ourselves communication with the property owner was great no problems at all

Walk to the historic trolley and head to the strand district downtown, walk to the pleasure pier and the beach. Stroll to Murdoch's for shopping or a cold beverage on their oceanfront patio. Life is good at the Surf Shack.
