Welcome to Villeneuve Castle in its green setting labeled “beautiful garden of the Loire region”.The cottage has a living-dining room opening onto the courtyard of the castle and the gardens which you will enjoy, a well-equipped kitchen area (American style), a bedroom with a view of the valley of the Layon and a shower room. The cottage is Located in the hills of Layon, close to important tourist sites, you will experience an immersion in the Middle Ages and enjoy the sweetness of Angevin. Ideally placed for discovering the vineyards and the wine route, paths in the middle of the vineyards for walks or bike rides or enjoying the circuits along the banks of the Loire (The Loire by bike). Nearby, the castles of Brissac (14 km), Angers (30 km) or Saumur (30 km). Still in Saumur, the famous wine cellars, the Cadre Noir shows, the tank museum... The very famous Doué La Fontaine zoo (Bioparc) as well as "the mystery of the faluns" are only 13 km away.. There are beautiful gardens to visit in the region and in particular the oriental park of Maulévrier (30km)...and then, the world-famous Puy du Fou park is only 50 km away!

The most beautiful castle and garden

This was a dream Come true to live at a castle and enjoy a magnifigent garden and sorroundings. The ovners Are very kind and considerate and made sure we had a very pleasant stay. We can highly recommend this place for People Who want to enjoy the french calmness and beauty.
