It is the cleanest most charming house. We loved the property manager, who was so helpful and sweet. It was great to walk to town and the slopes and we felt very at home in this adorable place.
This home is charming AND has so many niceties that made for a very pleasant stay, despite the intense weather during our visit! We loved cooking in the kitchen and sitting by the fire after a long day on the slopes. Walking to restaurants and shops was easy and the ability to park in a garage was such a luxury!
I highly recommend this property and hope that we will have the opportunity to stay there again in the future.
We vacationed here for a week with our 2 teenage boys. Lovely property and super charming home. Great location. We loved the porch, side porch and back patio. We used every bit of this beautiful outdoor space everyday. Quick ride to fly fishing, rafting and walking distance to Main Street. Would definitely recommend this place. We will be back.
Our family of 3 spent a week at this perfect red house!
We LOVED the location, a quick walk to Main Street, and the layout was perfect for us. We were impressed with all the supplies provided for our stay, the closet space for all our cold weather gear and equipment was phenomenal, and the comfort level of all main living areas was fab. We had a great time in the hot tub, and truly enjoyed enjoyed the vintage house vibe right in the middle of our favorite area of Park City. Perfect house. Perfect location. Perfect vacation!
Spent 6 days at this cute house and it snowed every day. Snow removal crew promptly visited everyday to shovel walkways and parking area. House was nice and warm with the gas fireplace and in floor heat. Property was well equipped with miscellaneous items that you usually forget to bring or purchase on the first shopping run. Hot tub worked well. House is well situated near main street. Manager was responsive to questions.
Hope to visit in the summer
Quick ski trip with spouse and adult children. We spent 6 nights at this location and while the bedrooms are small, we didn’t feel cramped. This cute historic home has great charm and was superbly appointed. We ate nearly all our meals here but house has quick and easy walking access to old town for eating and entertainment. The location is close enough to hike to Town lift or a pro tip is to home 400 yards up Woodside and you can climb stairs and ski down to the lift. Reverse the process for the return trip;
best / shortest access stairs are at the bottom of Quit’n Time run. Property manager was very responsive and check in process was a breeze. We’ve stayed 20+ nights in vacation rentals in the last year and this was at the top of the list in great experiences.
My family loved this home - one of our favorite VRBO properties! The location is great. Blocks to main street but in a quieter area than those closer to the ski base. Multiple patios and decks for relaxing outside. We enjoyed the hot tub and the high end kitchen. One note is the stairs are steep and may not be easy for the elderly. There is no air conditioning - which we did not expect. However, a warmer than normal summer meant the upstairs bedrooms were pretty warm during the day. We used the windows and available fans for air circulation and evening cooled down so sleeping was fine. Highly recommend this home and we hope to find a time to visit again!
All-around wonderful experience for our family of three. House was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Great location with easy walk to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.
Elizabeth's home is full of character and charm. The home is impeccably clean and had everything we needed for our wonderful stay in Park City. The location steps away from Main Street can't be beat and our favorite place to relax was the porch swing. Jenni was so responsive during our stay and made us feel right at home.
We loved the house and had a wonderful vacation there. Everything we could have wanted was anticipated by Jenni, the house manager. The kitchen was well-stocked, as was the entire house. Jenni took care of our groceries since we were arriving at 1am. The lights were on, the house was warm, and we were happy. She also helped us find a car as our rental car had fallen through and there were no cars at SLC. The hot tub and garage were also helpful and convenient. You can walk to Main Street in 2 minutes and drive to Deer Valley in 5. It's a great house, in a great location, and we highly recommend.

Be in the hub of Park City
Great place. Location is perfect for downtown Park City dining and shopping. Also located near the free bus and trolley system that can take you to skiing. Garage was a plus. The home is very warm and welcoming. If you like to cook, the Viking stove and high end cookware was perfect. Hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of skiing.
Great location, far enough off main st but close enough. Beautifully restored. Did have a slight humming noise from heating unit. If your a light sleeper -bring ear plugs.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, close to downtown but a quiet street. As a custom builder, I loved the tasteful details of the historic renovation combined with the warmth of the fireplace and heated floors! The private hot tub was clean and a welcome retreat after skiing. The kitchen was well stocked and the communication was excellent. This was the perfect place. I hope to return!
This 1904 miner’s home has been completely modernized with a gourmet kitchen and floor heating. It is very comfortable . The bedrooms are small and could use a fan, but everything else is wonderful. The location is great for Main Street activities.
We loved this place. It was just the right size for 4. Deer valley and Park City are super close and the property manager was very helpful. We plan to stay here again.
I so enjoyed my six-week stay at this darling little house. Excellent location only seconds from top of Main Street, with beautiful grounds, landscaping and hot tub. I will be back!
A very nice stay. The house was great, Jennifer(the caretaker/landscaper) was very helpful and knowledgeable and could not have been nicer and the location next to Main Street is ideal. Very happy with our stay.
The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Downtown was about a three minute walk away. We knew the house didn't have A/C, and we went in July during a heatwave. On the two hottest days, it was uncomfortable, but we knew that going in. On the more typical days, it was ok if we kept the windows open at night and closed them in the morning to keep the cool air in.
